I bought a whirlpool automatic washing machine in April 2018. Washing machine has stopped working on 16th June 2019. As it is under warranty, we called customer care of whirlpool then came to know that if you buy any Whirlpool product from Reliance Digital, Whirlpool doesn’t provide warranty support.
Then called to reliance digital customer care and my complain number is 8028709467. Till then the issue is not resolved. We have called more than 20 times and no action is taken by Reliance customer care.
please advise, what should we do? Where we should connect?
I purchased amount of ₹2428.12 at Reliance Smart, Siddipet, Telangana State on 11/11/2017 ,14:48:43 , Billed No.21, payment reference No.2950108002111112017, store :2950 and card holder No. 9885062062.
I had Paytm wallet having sufficient amount and ready to use at the cash counters but manager told me that no connection Paytm wallet now and said pay net amount. Paytm avail stickers are pasted each and every items under the things in the shop.
So I hurted a lot in the shop. Paytm offered Customers 5% money back guarantee if avail Paytm wallet.
I request sir, I lost my right as a costomer so give specific remedy my irreparable loss. Thanks
