I was purchased this kwid in Dec.2016 and i m continuing chasing with your pune( thermax chowk) service center.
car is stopped in running condition on the way and brakes, steering blocked immidietly, last i was save my life through hand brakes,
since now last four days vehicle is at your servie center of UNNATI VEHICLE, THERMAX CHOWK, NIGDI, PUNE.
still not getting any response from your side, if any loses in this condition who will be responsible for that.
kindly take the action other wise i will be lodge a complaint to Consumer court with your all records of document.

I have bought Renault Kwid AMT on MAY 2018. My car has problem in Fuel tank ( fuel overflowing and wrong indication in fuel Gage)
Fuel over flowing while petrol reaches half tank, After shaking the car i can fill the rest of the available space in fuel tank
After filling the fuel tank last point in the fuel gage is not glowing
Same issue was reported to service center in Madurai and car was given to service center to rectify the issue. After one week they returned the vehicle with the same issue which is totally not acceptable
After calling to service center The response is from service center is Fuel pump (spare part )is not available locally it should come from France and it will take one month. I am still awaiting for call from service center replace the faulty spare part
Due to this issue i am not able to trust the car fuel meter gage and i cant able to take the car for long drive / distance
I am wondering spare parts is not available for Renault Kwid in all over india !!!
Whoever is reading this complaint from RENAULT please take action and kill this issue ASAP.

1. Since few months especially in heavy traffic with AC ON in the first & second gears the engine doesn’t respond & the vehicle doesn’t move even we press the accelerator, this is really frustrating and irritates me as the vehicle doesn’t move, this is not only causing inconvenience to me but to other people who are behind my vehicle also gets struck in the traffic along with me, this is really an embarrassing situation which I can’t even explain you.
2. Steering lock works very rarely….
3. Now recently a new type of problem has started which I have never heard or experienced before. If it rains, the rain water seeps into the car. Not just few drops but almost a bucket. Due to this some important papers were spoiled & that affected my business. But what irritated me most was the attitude of the service wing which is on the Mysore road. When I complained about the seepage problem, the first question I faced was “sir do you park your car outside?” What to do, I could not take the car inside my house. After the complaint that problem was rectified.
I dont have video of first problem…that is the mistake I have done…in coming i will take the video…and I have video support of steering problem…and water is still there in my car…My car num is OD14K 1107 ph num 8895764502

This is Sam Serwin from Madurai, tamilnadu. I bought the Kwid car one year back, I’m totally disappointed with this Car. After first service also the same condition. 1.very poor pickup – vehicle is not moving when accelerated given 2.very poor brakes – Vehicle is not stopping when we apply brakes, I am not willing to keep the car, so kindly take back.
Kindly note : This is my third variant car and there is no complaints against the other variant which I have used.
Very sad.Usually tenure is 3 years.Dead right after warranty period of one year.Consumer has to bear the brunt of defective car and/ or battery.
I bought Kwid RXT AMT, the fuel indicator / gauge is not functioning accurately. The fuel indicator was showing almost empty & when I refilled full tank at a nearby petrol station. Request Renault Team to get back on this asap. Kindly contact me ASAP
I Sibaji Roy purchased one Renault kwid rxt from skywheal pvt ltd siliguri. It began giving trouble within one year. on 07/09/18 it is giving malfunction warning (warning light glowing) to my surprise all the so called service personal numbers are not active anymore Renault all India helpline told me that siliguri service center closed permanently so ihave to take my car to purnia district bihar!!!!!!
I have purchased renault kwid rxt 800cc on 20th may 2016 and the car looks good but from the starting i have a problem of car’s engine sound i asked the dealer he said it is normal once you drive this will get ok it is because the car is new then on the third day car’s dashboard’s lock do not lock it we have to try again and again to lock it the parts used in the car are of inferior quality and i am very upset. Then after using the car for few months i came to know the average is Very poor as compare to what company claims that was the huge disappointment for me. When i drive car with air-conditioning on it gets heavy and i can feel it that engine can not take that load as well as the wind distribution channel is not working and cooling is very bad. car break are very poor they make sound and are not strong at all. It been just an year and i have faced so many problems in this car who so ever ask me howz the car i recommend not to buy it. I need you to assist !
me and fix all the problems in the car or else i will file a complaint against the company i have the worst experience so far and i am not happy at all.
I have piuchased a Renault Kwid(RXT opt). last year .Its just 15000 km and engine is makeing too much noise while starting as well as while running.NOice becomes just a bit less when clutch is pressed.The dealer , roharsh motors, baner says its just a noise becase of 3 cylender engine.
