I have been chasing for more than 7 days now for my complaint registered for refrigerator cooling not working. I called up yesterday and I called today as well to follow up on status but no one turned up and no status till yet.
My family is suffering due to refrigerator not working and no body cares at your customer support.
It was a simple issue to fill up the gas and we have been waiting for engineer for almost a week to do such a prestigious process of filling gas but still they are waiting for higher authority approvals to get the job done.
Shame on you Samsung.

Very disappointed from SAMSUNG products and their services particularly the refrigerator which does not cool within few months of buying. Inspite of their technicians visiting for rectification of the defect could not do so as either the product is third rate or the technicians are not competent enough hopefully the management take note of this and help solve the problem all are hereby requested not to buy Samsung refrigerator
i received an email from samsung company UK that i have won 1.7crores INR prize…i wanted to know that if it is True or not??
I have purchased a Samsung A7 2018 on 7th Oct 18 as per ongoing offer of 10% cash bank on EMI with HDFC credit card and they have done brand EMI with Bajaj Finance however the additional amount is deducting every month. Ideally the amount was 23900 and brand EMI was done for 9 months where the amount is coming Rs. 2655, however the amount which is deducting on every month is more than the actual EMI amount. also cash back amounts yet to be received from Samsung (10%) post 3 times payments made.
2nd issue :
I have purchased a hands free LEVEL U Samsung on just 5 months ago, the product was replaced however the different color of actual product received (actual product color was Blue and received one is grey the product quality is not a satisfactory level however have mailed to executive desk they are reverting very casually why should i’ll visit again and again at Service centre and why the same product is not getting replace with same color why different color.
