I purchased mobile samsung galaxy j7 prime which is heatup every high and can be blast any time. therofore i requested to change the handset or refund the amount. order noOD108998864376216000. i got first phone which was full of marks on both side of mobile. second time i got mobile which is heatup very high and can be blast at any time please help me and refund my money gmail. — [email protected]
Before a few Days back I got a call from Samsung Saying that Your number is extracted as lucky number hence you are winning Samsung mobile, kindly provide your address we will send this phone via normal courier. Hence I provided the address.
But After this When investigated with others about this, all said this is FAKE and fraud call from few peoples. and also investigated online about this fraud.
After few days when My product was in my local Post office for delivery, I said not to receive this parcel, Even now Postman is demanding of Rs. 3500 as delivery charges (I don’t this is Delivery charges or phone charges). I simply refuse to accept that parcel. now I am getting calls from Samsung customer care agent +91-7290828085 and +91-7290936241 and Agent are saying that if I will not receive this parcel, I will have to face legal notice from them which penalty of about Rs. 40000 approx.
I am very much confused about this. also, discuss with others about this issue. All are saying this fraud and nothing will happen. kindly suggest me how to get rid of this issue. Should I go to the police station for filing complain about this and provide the numbers from where I am getting calls. kindly suggest.

My Samsung refrigerator had stopped working; I had lodged a complaint with their support service. I was assured that the repair engineer would attend to the complaint by 2000h on 15 May 17. The same has not been attended to. Complaint number is 4236488086.
I have samsung 32 gb memorycard class 10 and the memory card is of very bad quality ,worst quality . the memory card is not formatting.
as it is on warranty but no one distributor is accepting memory card so its a complaint
Complaint no. 4238050207 registered on 06-06-17 for servicing the AC is yet to be attended. Neither technician visited nor called, but in the complaint tracking as per customer care, tried to contact on mobile, but no response. It is a matter of great concern for the consumers like me and this type of authorized service centres should be punished.
Hi. I have a Samsung S6edge SM-G925I . It was all working very good until 20th May 2017 when the device asked me to update to android 7. I downloaded android 7 and allowed it to install overnight. Morning i wake up to see that its stuck in boot-loop and i the phone keeps on restarting. I took the phone recently to Samsung authorized service station(Bill Number :4238389690) to my surprise they say that the mother board is corrupted and is not accepting any software. It will cost 12, 000 INR to repair it. This is completely baseless. This was all because of the android 7 update and they ask me to change my mother board. There is no fault or mistake from my side, why should i pay this large amount for the repair. After contacting Samsung, they say they cannot do anything and i have to get the repair done and pay for it.
We bought the washing machine and when ever we use it, It gives burning smell. we already logged three or four complaints and every time there technicians visited and they suggested different precautions but the burning smell problem is still the same nothing has happened till date, we want the machine to be replaced with the new one or change the parts whatever is burning.
