But Mr Rajkumar Ji & Mrs Neha not working properly and those are telling me that I will not do anything specially your work and doing roodly behave with me and my family member.. With other 40-50 bank customers. So I request you pls take against action which those he involved.. I am very shameful this service by branch manager or his assistant.. You can check everything by cctv camera and I have their call recording after he say that everything who is explaining you by this mail.. PG############. But the amount is not refunded.

I used my SBI ATM card to withdraw Rs. 8000 at HDFC ATM Gail Pata dist. Auraiya(u.p.) on 05/05/2018 at around 4:40 pm. But cash was not received and Rs. 8000 has been deducted from my amount. In this regard I lodged a complaint with SBI helpline on same day complaint no. 4299693653 and told that money may be reverted back into my account after 24 hours. On 07/06/2018 SBI closed the above complaint without any solution. Again I lodged a complaint on 12/06/2018 with complaint no 4480734688 but they again closed it without any solution. I have approached SBI and HDFC manager both several times regarding this issue and gave written complaint. But still now there is no response from the authorities. The case is pending from one month. Till date I have not received my money back. Sir I can’t understand why the authorities not taking the help of cctv footage of that transaction day, everything will be cleared.

I have cancil an online purchase rs 1740 from dabit card no-(################) with flipcart, in dec 2017. Flipcart refund my amount. But i have not receive my refund amount till now.
I have allready complain to my home branch, but they can not help me in this type of problem they say i have not any information about this type of problem.
Flipcart says that give me an update on this from bank with chargeback form that where is your money if you give me a clearence that the amount is not refund in my a/c no-(20111203586) then they will refund my amount again. But bank is not doing any help in this matter. So, i am requesting to you please help me.

Extra charges are being deducted for everything we do through bank.
There is limit on cash withdrawal, online transaction, card payments and each and every possible way of using money via bank account.
We cannot even use our own money because we have to pay extra for every transaction.
It seems like there is no use of having a bank account because they deduct your money anyways so better keep it with you.
No use of keeping your money in banks coz they will pay less interest and you’ll loose your money via some sort of deduction.
I keep loosing my money coz of many stupid charges which I am not even aware of. So I feel that it’ll be better if I close my bank account. Indian banking system is useless.
