At that time, i won’t be able to pick that call then I called him from my side and i said yes I told my name to him i dont now why he start abusing me..he didn’t even talked to me i called sbi for the settlement only but now i want that sbi must take some serious on behalf of him before the settlement of my amount.I am also having the recording of this sameer mahajan…

I am holding SBI Credit card and I had received an SMS stating that "Transaction of Rs.7900.00 made on SBI Credit Card XXXXX without effecting add’nl factor of authentication mandated by RBI, at APPLE.COM/BILL on 15th Jun 20. the same transaction was done 3 times in the morning. I was shocked because this transaction was not done by me or was not authorized.
This is clearly an unauthorized transaction and I had never thought that such type of thing happened with SBI cards.
So i request you to repay the amount on my credit card A/c. kindly do needful on urgent basis. If you have not taken immediate action, further steps will be taken.
From the 11th of May, I am chasing the Blue dart team to help me for regarding my courier delivered without acknowledge of my confirmation. And now my unnecessary bill raised by SBI due to my SBI credit card courier not received to me and the SBI credit card team will start my billing without any usage. As of now, my credit card bill outstanding is 3373/- without any usage. And still, I am chasing the blue dart team to clear my billing dispute.
So request you to Kindly intervene here and help me
I am writing you regarding recovery calls for demand my credit card dues which comes to make me mentally harassment and use abusive language. Due to long time my bad financial condition and with this covid-19 situation i have lost my job. I am a SBI [BPCL] credit card user.
Its bill was generated on 19.03.2020 its due amount was 76265 I have applied for moratorium benefit as per the covid 19 benefits.
But new bill was generated on 19.04.2020 and 19.05.2020. Its due amount is 81991 on 19.04.2020 and 85800 on 19.05.2020
Rs. 5130 was added as interest charge on 19th april and 3809 charged on 19th May. How it happens like this. Is moratorium applied for this.
what is the percentage of interest charged on moratorium period.
Just watched to update I haven’t seen the worst service by sbi credit card team.4 months back I have applied for card which I have received..but I haven’t get any confirmation call ..and whenever I try I call on below number the call won’t get connected pls cancel it Asap Now I received your bill requesting you please take action asap

My name is VP Ramachandran holding a State Bank of India Credit Card No. ############ 4315. I made a payment of Rs.6,200/_ on 17th April 2020 at Trichur Branch of State Bank of India and received an acknowledgement. The SBI Credit
Card Company now says that they have not received the amount . Please advise the Company to rectify the position and confirm to me of the receipt of the payment.
I have been using SBI credit card since 2018.Yesterday(3rd April-2020) night, I got a message that "12.99 usd transaction is done at amazon prime" which amounts to 992 Indian rupees. But I didn’t do that transaction.
Surprisingly, I did not receive any OTP or mail communication for that transaction. Immediately I disputed that transaction and card is blocked. My service request number is ############.
