I’ve tried to book a sbstc ticket for 14.04.2019(from durgapur to karunamoyee at 4.45pm ) but the ticket was not booked. I’ve tried twice and the money was also get deducted twice from my bank account.
As it was very urgent to reach Kolkata by today I’ve arranged something else. But the point is neither my ticket was booked nor I’ve got my money back. Even there was no mail as reply except the system generated mail from the mail id [email protected]
Too much poor service of SBSTC.
Right now I’m traveling from Esplanade to Suri, 12.00pm bus, bus no 4650.
The driver even don’t know the route of Esplanade to Santragachi, he has taken wrong route from 2nd Brigade and going toward Shibpur, Howrah station..!!!!;
WHAT IS THIS?? IS THIS A JOKE????
(P.S- bus has started 10 min late from schedule department time) Again this !!!!
I have booked ticked online at bus 8.00AM journey date 19/03/2019 on 17/03/2019 but money 185/- have been deducted from my bank account but ticked not issued Sir please arrange to refund the money at the earliest
I’m now traveling by Sbstc bus, ( Suri to esplanade, 2.00pm). It’s a long distance bus and we all are paying 180 rupees for it. But here in every stop too many local people are getting up in bus, no restriction is there. And one of those people who was in bus for 30 min, standing position, has " VOMITED" .. Now all those 54 passenger are going kolkata ( 4 hrs we have to go ) with such "Pungent smell" of Vomit.
On behalf of all the passenger I’m requesting you people to maintain some restrictions for this long journey route

I had booked two ticket from Durgapur to Karunamaye on 10th May 2017 at 9.22 AM
They had deducted (Rs 240/)my money but ticket was not booked.the ticket was for 15.5.17at 0740hrs txn noVISA-POS/BD-S.
I was on 4/8/17 dated 2:30 pm in Asansol from Karunamayi bus ticket. But in the counters said the bus was canceled. I said that I made a ticket online, they told me it could not be done anything else. You have to make another ticket. Then I got a ticket at 3:10 bus. Do not get my money back or get me.
I am regular passenger of SBSTC. Every time I noticed Bus conductor & driver both are more interested to carry cargo for their extra personal income. As a prove I am uploading photos on 16/09/2017 at 17:15 hrs bus from Kolkata to Durgapur. Passenger are being harassed for their such activities, as well as making nuisance for bus boarder. Please take suitable action to resolve the issue.

While booking ticket in advance for 20.01.2018 (Saturday) of 6:30 pm SBSTC Bus from Esplanade to Midnapur online, an amount of Rs. 95/- was deducted 2 times from my Bank account against seat no 24 (A/c Arup Kumar Chowdhury, Male, 53).
The ticket booking date is 18.01.2018.
I would therefore, request you to please look into the matter and arrange to return Rs. 95/- (Ninety Five only) to my account and oblige.

I have booked two seats on line (ticket no L02180139225 dated 11/02/2018 Rs 720.00) on AC Bus of SBSTC. The bus was to leave Karunamoyee at 2.20 pm for Kolkata. But no announcement for cancellation was there. After enquiring at 2.00 pm they asked to proceed by non AC Bus. The price of non AC bus ticket is less than half. But they refused to refund the balance amount. I requested conductor to provide us similar seats. But both driver and conductor refused and asked to get down from bus. This was a horrible experience in SBSTC. Service of SBSTC is worst.
