Shipdesk Products Not Recovered


This is regards with my order AWB –

We had sent 3 boxes to Kanpur from which only one has been delivered. When we spoke to Shipdesk and Xpressbee regarding this, they told the remaining two boxes might be in some of the warehouse of Xpressbee.

I am trying to follow up with Shipdesk and Xpressbee both regarding the same but there has been no proper response since four weeks. There are about 90 bottles which are being missing and we want them back to us before any damage happens to it.

Please have a look on this and reply on immediate basis.
