snapdeal Non delivery of item and during tracking of delivery item showing delivered

Sir I have booked a karbbon aura 1 mobile vide order no.27597655740 on 15 Jul 18. I have paid rs 4189 through net banking. I got a mail on 18 Jul 18 from snap deal that my item delivered on 18 Jul 18 at 1845hrs. Neither I got a message that my item booked through which courier nor I got item till date. It is my humble request please give me contact no of courier person or u itself enquiries about parcel. But please deliver me my parcel on correct address.

snapdeal Non pick up the return item and not refund my money

Sir/Madam
I purchase the Nike 1.3 red color shoes from your site on 15/10/17. The item is delivered to me on 19/10/17. I am not satisfied with the quality of the product so I request to return the item on 21/10/17. But till so far item is not pick up from my address and they communicate me that your item will be pick up within 2 days but nobody has been come to pick up the item. In this regard i have already done 10 or 11 mail to company but they don’t take this matter seriously. So I request you to please solve this problem and refund my amount as soon as possible. Thank you.

snapdeal Pickup person

Your pick person is not coming to our place to collect the item to be returned and instead he is updating to Snapdeal that "Pickup failed", "We were not able to pickup the product. Request you to confirm if you still want to return the product". Why your person is acting so irresponsibly?
This is the 3rd Return Request attempt I’m putting up to Snapdeal site. Kindly tell your person to collect the item and send it back to SD. Attached photos of today’s update.

snapdeal Snapdeal Doing fraud by taking amount

I place an order [Order ID: 20157192110 ] . I got it on 23/10/2017. I checked the product is wrong. So, i request for return. After 28 days Product picked pick up
but not gived to snapdeal…courier boy does, nt updated to snapdeal after giving courier boy number and confirmation snapdeal received product on 23-11-2017 …
First thing they sent wrong product…
2ndly they delayed in service…
Then snapdeal pick service not updated that the product picked up…
Now the product was return but my REFUND NOT INITIATED…This is very ridiculous…i Never ever buy from Snapdeal…I, ll share with everyone whenever asked related to snapdeal…I DONT KNOW WHO IS RESPONSIBLE…Either Snapdeal want to do Ungenuine thing OR Courier Boy Or it, s a SELLER…I know only thing That snapdeal taken My product And money both…you can call me on 8802305686…I don, t know still my money will get Back or not..
THEY JUST SAYING THAT THEY DID,nt RECEIVED THE BARCODE…i said that I,ll give you barcode …but No responce …they just want to take cutomer amount….I,ll take serious action and also share my feedback so that everyone should know the REAL MEANING OF SNAPDEAL CHEAT

snapdeal Cheating by Snapdeal

1. 08/06/2017 Order Number 19223986711 for Sunflame 2 Burner Shakti Dx SS
2. 14/06/2017 at 1645 hours package delivered and we paid Rs. 1787 in cash. On checking we found that this was a wrong product namely: Sunflame 2 Burner Gas Stove Glass Top Classic 2BK
(Incidentally, this is a much more expensive item and if we were dishonest we would have just kept it)
1726 hours, we called Customer Care and requested for return of item and refund.
3. 17/06/2017 Item picked up by Snapdeal vide AWB number SND33026243
4. 18/06/2017 Snapdeal asked for bank details for refund and said “The refund will be credited to your Bank account within 2 hours after that. Details provided on the same day.

5. 28/06/2017 Refund not received so called Customer Car abd reminded them
They said they have received the returned product bur will not make a refund or give a replacement. They also refused to give any reason. When we insisted they said "it is due to internal checks."’ But they refused to specify what they meant by internal check.
6. Previously also they sent wrong or defective products’.
7. Emails sent but no resolution.

snapdeal Didn't received my refund amount for a fake replica of saree made of cheap material.

I had ordered a saree worth rs. 1399 from snapdeal with order ID 20340778650 and sub order no. 25101753503. The saree material was of extremely cheap quality and was the fake replica of the product I ordered. The return pick up initiated on 25th Nov and I had completed all process of refund with me filling account details online. Now after almost 12 days on 8th Dec 2017 I received message that my account details were incorrect, which is not possible as I double checked them before sumitting. I want snapdeal to resend me the link for sumitting bank details and return my money.

snapdeal Had to reject the product from accepting because the courier person rejected to accept coins of denominations Rs.10 and Rs.5.

Please snapdeal look into this matter . The courier person came, the total bill was Rs.3197 (approx ). I gave him Rs. 507( 30xRs.10 coin + 40×Rs.5 coin + and 1xRs.2 coin) + 1xRs.2000+ 1xRs.500+ 1xRs.100+ 1xRs.100+ 1xRs.50+ 2xRs.20. He rejected to accept whole of Rs.507 as changes. Unfortunately, I had to reject the product . But needed the product badly, still I had to return him the product as he was not accepting the coins at all.
