On 5,8,2019 i received a letter from snapdeal calcutta branch that i have won a lucky draw and got 1100000 rupees as pruce money. Then two persons nikhilesh kumar and suman bharathi introduced themselves as snapdeal price department called me from 9073284551 9748149079 and 7250720780 8420656179 numbers and told me that i have to deposit 11000 as tax in the account of mr ptemendra wanglikar and his account number was messaged. When i deposited 11000 they withdrawn it and again they called and asked 22000 and messaged me to deposit because rbi has holded my prize. I felt somethibg fishy and when enquired into the company they are not giving a reply. Snapdeal company is involved in this. I want justice
First he call me and then he was saying that your the first winner. Then he said what you want four wheeler or money. Then I said I want four wheeler after it he was saying give me your information about your PAN card number, Account number, Bank details.And after hearing it, I will stop to talk with him, then he was abused me saying rakh tere maa ki rakh
Today morning A call to me from snapdeal lottry bumper price and said to me you transfer this ammount 4200 then after some time call me you transfer 25200 ,then again call me transfer 63600 and after some time call me you transcation 149900 then have i transfer only 70000 later me you transfer 80000 then your lottry draw prize cridet in your account

i ordered a MI MOBILE HANDSET on 18/07/2019 order id (29951159741). I received this parcel on 26/07/2019. When i unbox the mobile it was in totally damaged condition. Mobile screen had lot of scratch and detached from mobile. Then i raise a refund complaint on same time.But sorry to say the customer support facility of snap deal is totally disappointed me. After four days still the current status of order is being reviewed.I need that mobile on very urgent basis. Please process my refund request ASAP. Screen shot attached for your information.

I had ordered a Micromax mobile from Sanpdeal COD mode (Dispatch No- ############ Order No- 29142329420) and the delivery was made on 15th June, 2019 and while switch-on the same mobile found that its Internet is not working.

Several times email to snapdeal since 20 june, 2019 and non of the positive response yet received from snapdeal. So, It is requested to you kindly arrange to replace/refund the item.

I have received a fake call today saying that I had won 5 Lakhs Rs or a Tata Zest car being a second winner in the lucky draw contest. When I told him to deliver the car, he was annoyed and said cash is the best way to receive your amount. He sent a message to me from "HP-Snapde" Id also with some account details and also asked me for my account details too, and to deposit 9000 Rs as registration amount to receive the gift.
He has the details of one of my order I had done from snapdeal with my address also. I want to know how this info is leaked outside from snapdeal. Customer safety should be your first concern. When I tried to reach your customer care, I tried all options to talk to a man instead of that machine but nothing worked, what kind of customer care is that. This is really very annoying and not expected from a company like Snapdeal.
