snapdeal Receiving Fraud calls after shopping with Snapdeal

Hi Snapdeal team,

Recently, I have placed 3 orders with Snapdeal. And during shipment of each order i have received couple of fraud calls. Below are details:
1. Caller said he is from snapdeal.
2. He knows my name, address and phone that was mentioned over the packet delivered.
3. Caller said i have won Tata Safari car. I can get it if i pay 12500 Rs instantly
4. Or in place of Safari, i can opt 12 Lac Rs, and for this i need to pay 8500 Rs instantly.
Caller phone numbers are below. As per True caller its from Bihar. 75470 09140

Please have an investigation, how my personal details are circulated outside of snapdeal. This is serious question on the authenticity of transactions at snapdeal who is revealing customer’s confidential information outside.

snapdeal Refund Not Done

I have purchased American Tourister Bag from snapdeal on 16th august after getting the product I found that the fake(duplicate), then I made a request for return the product and refund the money while as after 4-5 days the executive came to me and picked up the product as per the company policies, and gave me a word that you will get your refund within 1 week but it’s almost 1 month and still I didn’t get any kind refund. i tried call to customer care also (9212692126) this number not working properly i input all details are correctly but recorded voice repeated same word "you have enter wrong input " and disconnected the call, 1st you delivered a fake product then harassed your customer for his hard earn money.
So now I can only say that it was a very bad experience with snapdeal.Very pathetic E-commerce portal.

snapdeal Refund

I had returned a product with order id 23058359751 and it was received by snapdeal on 6th september 2018. suborder id for the product is 28117022134 .
I had provided all the bank details for refund .Unfortunately,i haven’t received my refund in bank account till now(8th september 2018) So i request you to do the needful as soon as possible for refund. Thanking you.

snapdeal Malpractice in the replacement of damaged product

I purchased a product which I received in a fully damaged condition (screenshot attached). On the same day itself I requested to replace the product and I received a SMS stating that the product would be collected by the courier service provider from my place. I am attaching the screenshot of the same herewith. As I didn’t receive any further communication for the next 5 days I sent a mail to the above email id and they replied that the time period to return the product is over and hence my claim cancelled.
I replied to that mail stating all the fact, however no reply received for the same so far. I am totally unhappy with the service of Snapdeal. They simply chested me by misleading with the above SMS. My Registered mobile number is 9497315223. Please do the necessary.
