Symphony Cooler Company Defective Cooler Supply

A defective air cooler mark cloud was supplied on 21.04.2018 which is having defect of overflowing since the day the same was installed by the company free of cost on 22.04.2018. As informed and after waiting I have lodged a complaint on 29.04.2018 vide No.FA 29041802821.. After waiting two days two technicians attended the complaint but left the premises without solving the problem and assured they will attend the complaint next day. Thereafter no one is ready to attend the complaint so far. They even not ready to pick up my call from my mobile No.09650197468 UB
