This in regard to the AMC of a 40 inch Vediocon TV purchased on 27.10.2014.
Mr. Anoop , your service engineer visited us today (22nd Oct, 2018) as the panel of the above TV has failed.
I showed him the papers given by your company (scan of the Bill & AMC attached) which clearly show the warranty till 25.10.2019. But the same has not been punched at your systems as they show the warranty to be over.
He has the photos of all the papers and serial no of the TV. I remember that in the festival season of 2014, Vediocon had offered a 5 year warranty an so I purchased this set. You can get it checked from your historical records or such type of scheme. Also the original AMC issued can also be checked.
I humbly request to please oblige by getting my TV repaired under the warranty up to 25.10.2019.
It is not my fault anywhere, it’s a fault at your end. Please oblige otherwise I ill be forced to take the refuge of the Hon’ble Courts.

My ticket is open for 3 months now and there is nowhere i can contact to get it resolved.
Most pathetic call centre you have, which gives wrong phone numbers of your local service centre. Mails go un answered.

For other customers, my advice is go for companies like Samsung, LG, Sony etc, but not for these Videovons, Philips etc, which outsources to these useless companies.
VIDEOCON LED TV 40 Inch.
I have logged complaint of i LED TV 40 inch to Tek Care Service Centre on July 2018, technician visited at my house after one week & told that panel is defective.Then after one month they told will give replacement, every day i am calling customer care people but still i have not received replacement, I m struggling with Tek Care to get solution.

I would like to inform you that from last 2 months i am requesting for the original bill of AMC which is not submitted till yet . Even I am calling on daily basis to Mr.Avdesh as well as Mr.Kailash but they both are not responding . I am very much disappointed with your services as we are having 7 split AC’s in my office for that we had requested the bill. Even we are your client from last 2 yrs . But still no body is cooperating that;s why we are anablr to do the payments also .
