By the way of introduction, My self Shashank yadav Director of Yadav Bus Service I am a transporter and experience of handling tourism business more than 20 years .This is to inform you that my innova car no UK04S5455 is being sent to your service station bareilly on 30-NOV-2019 unfortunately during one of my trips the car met with a minor accident where by front side of my car damaged .Since I did not want to compromise on the repair job, immediately consulted an authorized Dealer Commercial Motor Sales Pvt Ltd Rampur Road bareilly for repair .After some days I got call from service center your car is ready so after making all my dues clear I take my car .On claiming my damage amount to insurance company they deduct amount of Rs 3500 on my paint work on asking to the surveyor why the amount deducted they said company not providing you a discount which they provide to all customer then I called a workshop manager Mr.Anshul Saxena Mob:-8954893225 and inform the all situation he promise me to refund my amount I Have been since called Mr. Anshul Saxena everyday no need to mention the number of times he did not picked the phone or he switch it off so I try to call from different number finally he picked the call on requesting to much he given cheque of Rs 1000 and told me remaining Rs 2500 adjusted towards next service.Due to non compliance of committment I filled a complaint on toll free no TCM0120010175. My concern is only this if company is not providing discount why they given me a cheque of Rs1000 and if not give discount on paint work given me on writing Company letterhead so that I can claim this amount to insurance company .I am writing to you as toyata is known not only for its product quality but also its regard for customer satisfaction .But this type of cheats from brand like toyata will vanish all his reputation among customers.
