• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction. • Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction. • First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
Sir my marksheet was dispatched on 04-04-2018 with Consignment number- RD982394845IN but the parcel was not delivered to my address till date. Its been 10 months yet the parcel was not delivered to my address. I went to the Head Post office of Agartala but they were unable to give me any kind of information regarding the parcel. I have received this message from IDBOPBNK. I neither have any account in this bank nor my phone number is registered with any bank account . My number is being misused . Pliz remove my number that ends with 1572 from the list. I shall not be responsible for any fraudulent activity related with the above bank account .

I was recharge dish tv through BHIM APP on My Dish TV App., Amount Rs. 299/-, But very sorry to say that Rs. 299/- deducted from my bank account but dish tv account not show this amount.

I ordered a MI headset and POCO F1 on 16th Dec 2018 which got delivered on 19th.But i found the Headphone Broken so the very moment i called customer service which then asked me to give a mail to [email protected] all the details i mailed the same moment but i received no response ,For continuous days i kept mailing and giving calls to their mail id but i received only fake concerns.On 10th of january i received a mail from them saying my request for replacement of headphone cant be done because i didnt place a request within 24 hours,I again mailed them with all the screenshots but i received no response from them,i request you to please kindly look into the matter Regards,
