TVS Jupiter Due amount double debit

Dear Sir |Madam,

im Arul kumar. I bought a two wheeler by due in Vanavil Tvs – seelanaickenpatty, salem. Monthly auto debit due amount is Rs.3113.00 every month on 7th.
due to some unavoidable reasons, i cant able to maintain minimum balance in my account. so i paid due amount of Rs.3113 + cheque bounce + delay days charges total Rs.3,542.00 via online (screen shot attached).
the bounced cheque is represented by dealer and it got cleared Rs.3113.00. now the total amount paid is Rs.6655.00.
At dealer point they are not providing proper info against refund.
so kindly help to to get out of this issue.Refer the attachments for bank statement & online payment.

TVS Jupiter NEW SCOOTER NOT STARTED

Dear sir I have a new TVS JUPITAR PURCHASE DATE 20MAY 2017 scooter has starting problem. & Reapeted again & again scooter stuck on Road Three & more times . Toing through Toing van three times.now in service centre before 6days they don’t able to Found Fault . Three times they call me for collect scooter after Repair but when we visited scooter not started. Scooter purchase from Balaji auto Karol bagh new Delhi. & Now in RAJPUT TVS JAHANGIR PURI service centre . Before that scooter already checked by Balaji TV’S ANAND parbat Service centre but Result is 0. I m too upset plz give me imidiate solution or my money back Thanks

TVS Jupiter millage

I had buy new TVS Jupiter on 11th Sep 2017.from Hruthik TVS Motors in Bangalore (Varthur near white field).
Problems: 1) Petrol Tank you had given as 5 Lts capicty but my veh is filling full tank for only 3.5 lyt Why????.
2) Millage you are giving as 62 kms per Lts but my veh is coming only 42kms.Why????. iam asking to service center abot this they are negaliting about this. then what is use of buying this type of veh its complete wastage of money. we can go for another company bikes. very worst service & negaliting service in TVS Service centers.

TVS Jupiter NO Vehical Number

Dear sir.

I have purchased Jupiter on 6 Month Ago in Ahmedabad from Sai Nath show room

But till date they haven’t provided me vehicle number registration is still NOT COMPLETED. It really frustrating. I can’t drive my Vehicle in city.
Staff of tv’s Sai Nath show room is very lazy on their work & not responsible. They give receivers baseless.
PLEASE KINDLY TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY.

I Mr. Bhuvnesh Dinesh Patil bought Jupiter Scooter Registration no. DN 09 P 4522 in April 2017 from Roshan Motor, TVS agency, Silvassa requesting you to please intervene in serious problem of Used & faulty scooter delivered to me.

From day second I started complaing about problems in scooter that used scooter is delivered to me….

Details as below,

1) Tyres were frayed:-

When scooter was delivered to me both front & rear tyres and rings were frayed. After complaing for it they changed after 15 days. Without using scooter both tyre get frayed. How is it possible ?

2) Engine problem:-

I had noticed a problem in Engine when I was traveling to Dahanu from Silvassa (distance was 60 km). After approximately 30km of driving scooter speed suddenly got reduced due to engine got jammed. Next day I discussed a problem with head mechanic of TVS motor Silvassa. He serviced the scooter. But problem remain as it is. From last 7 months they tried to solve engine problem for almost more then 25 times but they failed to do so. After complaing again n again finally after 6 months head mechanic Mr. Javed accepted that scooter is having a problem in clutch plate or belt. I immediately inform it to owner of Roshan Motor Mr. Sameer Sabuwala. But till date problem is not resolved.

3) Shock-absorber Problem:-

Oil leakage in front Shock-absorber & rear Shock-absorber making noise both these problem are not sorted out after complaing it to head mechanic Mr Javed for more then 5 time.

4) Manufacturing Date 10/2014:-

Mrs. Paro (Sales Girl) of Roshan Motor TVS showroom hide an important information of manufacturing date of scooter that is 10/2014. When I received my RC book smart card after six months I noticed that manufacturing date is 10/2014. If I would aware of that manufacturing date I would have taken another scooter.

Conclusion:- We surely get an idea that Scooter was used more then 3 yr thats why both the Tyre were frayed.
Most important thing is from the second day I started complaing about problems & day by day I got new problems in NEW scooter – tyre problem, Engine problem, Shock-absorber problem & now getting trouble in starter.
Scooter was repaired & serviced more then 25 times in this last 7 months but all problems remain as it is. After paying 51353/- for new bike they provided me a junk. How can I accept this.
I am complaing it from last 7 to 8 months but it’s of no use. Every time Mr.Sameer Sabuwala (owner) said that we will solve a problem but they were failed to fulfill their commitment.

Kindly requesting you refund my full amount Rs. 51353/- which was paid for new scooter or provide exchange of new Jupiter scooter.

Tvs/ jupiter Low mileage

I hv purchased Tvs Jupiter on Septemper 2016, on my first service I had compliant for 30km mileage. I was told after second service it will be ok. Till to date many services compliant but the result is same. They even changed the carburator for free of charge, last month they kept the vehicle for complete check for two days again the prolem is same. If the records of repairs checkled all the details will be seen. Last month in Dec I sent mail to all concerned of TVS, no reply. I could not upload the mail file due to the format. Today I visited to kalamkar Auto pune showroom, executive is asking 2850 Rs for essential accessories, as per your site only ladies foot rest is essential.
He is asking above about for below things.

Mirror, Foot rest, Stand, Number plate, Buzzer etc.

Please confirm if these are comes under essential list.

He said company not providing mirrors.
