Puricom Water Pvt. Ltd. Routine Service is not properly

Violation of AMC terms and poor services by Puricom Water Pvt. Ltd, 304, IIIrd Floor, Atlantic Plaza, I.P. Ext. Madhu Vihar, Delhi- 110092
I have Purchase an RO by you (Puricom Water Pvt. Ltd.) Date of Purchase of RO is 02/01/2016 and now I just entered into AMC vide invoice number 1949 for the period 14-01-2017 to 13-07-2019. I am Facing some simple problem of Routine Service, your executive or agent whatever saying that today visit is not available, I am asking why, when the answer by him that my work is give the information to you and I given.

I ROHIT KUMAR BATHLA BOUGHT 2 INSURANCE POLICY FROM BHARTI AXA bearing POLICY NO. 5009581371 AND 5009694919 informing you that one of your insurance company employee Mr. SANJEEV KUMAR employee code:- 47362. has cheated on us by saying that if you will take new policy ELITE ADVANTAGE PLAN) from our company, your previous policies which I mentioned above with policy nos., will be paid up and you will get your paid amount with vested bonus at the time of maturity, & (we have taken this plan bearing no:- 5014708639) which he has gave me in written.
After that I have bought new policy ELITE ADVANTAGE PLAN BEARING POLICY NO-5014708639. Now after spoken to BHARTI AXA customer executive Mr. MUKUL from Bangalore office…he is saying that your previous two policies has been lapsed and you will not get any amount against these policies:- 1 5009581371

We have written record of your employee SANJEEV KUMAR WITH RECORDINGS.
NOW I am not interested to continue any of my policy with your company , who has already lost the customer’s faith . AND NOW DENYING TO PAY BACK THE INVESTED AMOUNT.

Other wise I will take legal action and will show the written paper of your company employee’s along with RECORDING to the media also. Looking for a favourable response from BHARTI AXA.


BSNL Prepaid GSM to issue new sim

I am facing problem due to lost of my BSNL prepaid GSM Sim No. 9452121708. It was issued from Jhansi and now i am working at Noida and this sim no to be lost here.
I submitted all documents before clerk and officers in office sector 24 and sector 19 to block and issue new sim for this no.9452121708. But they denied and not t00k any action to stop service of lost sim.
Now I am facing too much problem because i have received all OTP from government sector and Banking transaction and there are all employees of BSNL confuse me and not cooperate me. My all works stopped. It is very shame full for government in the way of cashless transaction in India. I am using now Airtel No. 8826479633 only for calling.

Further, the Builder had promised assured returns on which he is conveniently defaulting. Post dated cheques given by him have also bounced.

Reliance Communication Limited Undue Harassment

Dear Sir,

I have ported my mobile no 9540900604 from Idea to Reliance communication on telephonic request by reliance executive.
I said to the executive that the network of Reliance is not good so I am not interested in reliance but he assured me that now network of our company is very good. After his assurance, I have ported my mobile no. in reliance postpaid connection with monthly rental plan of Rs.249/-
But after porting the no. I could use only two or three days around due to network issues. Further I could not raise any complain to Reliance Customer care executive as there were no networks in my phone and I hve no other reliance no. in my Known.
After one month, I received a text message of Bill for the month. No Bill was received at my registered email ID or My communication address. I have not paid any amount to Reliance company on the basis of SMS.
After some time one executive of reliance company demanded for bill. I said, that since I used this Mobile no. only two or three days why I should pay bill for whole month, I will pay only two or three days proportionately not for whole month. Because of no network were available for rest of the month and you are not providing my bill.
The company closed my no. by immediately effect but rental is continue. My question is when company close my no by immediate effect then how rental is continued.
Now, they are making me nonsense calls like non bail able warrant has been issued against me. And harassing me in such ways.
When they have failed to render me the services, then for what I should pay to them, secondly I am not able to get this no. ported in other service provider as reliance is not giving NOC for the same. continue.
Why company should be penalized for non rendering of services and why I should not be compensated for my business loss due to non rendering of services and harassment caused by Relaince collection team.
What TRAI is doing for such malpractices adopted by Telecommunication company and how TRAI is protecting customers interest from such malpractices.

This is with reference to the telephonic discussion and email we had regarding returned all property documents along with fee 5750/- against File no: 626009895)[ID:588450976] as discussed. But still I did not get the same documents along with refund the cheque amount Rs. 5750/-
When the actual valuation of property is 17.70 Lakhs as per GDA (Stamp Duty) already attached with property document then how come your adviser is assessing it @14.40 Lakhs. Please advise.
Please note on the same flat another Bank is ready to give us Rs. 18 Lakhs Housing Loan. I don’t know how your system works. You are chasing GDA, Ghaziabad . As GDA has accepted Stamp Duty 17.70 Lac but your adviser evaluated 14.40 lac only. I dont know what reason behind this. Really your service disappointed me very much.
I speak about this to you since 15 June and every time you promised that you will get your property document along with Cheque amount 5750/-shortly. But till today I could not get anything. Please advise.
