Videcon D2H Not bothered customer

I have raised complaint on 28th may 2019.
Complaint No. 722087546 for Customer ID 116285832

Customer care not worried about the customer and due to frustration i asked to cancel connection.

Meghala from customer care picked call and informed me not to recharge the connection.she don’t want to convince and last 4days i didnt get any response from the company.

Not trust worthy.

Videcon D2H long terms Plan changed by videocon

Dear Sir,
Based on my discussions with your call center representative. Please refer below for my complaint.
I have opted for OMNI SD one year subscription plan from Videocon D2H service provider in December 2018.
As per their package this plan is with the validity of One year with all SD Hindi + English channel + all SD sports channel+ 1 regional add on (Marathi). The validity of the same is for December 2019.
Now, suddenly they have changed my validity from December 2019 to September 2019. Also, they have stooped the service of some channels saying that its ‘NOT A PART OF SUBSCRIPTION’. Also, they start and stop the service of any channel randomly.
I have called their call center but they have not given any reason for the above problem and closed my complaint.
Also, their call center Nos are not responding many times. The contact Nos given on their website of Nodal officer are not working.
Considering above I have written the mails to their customer care, nodal officer. But, there is no response from them.
Then, I have raised this issue to National consumer helpline.
The Service provider responded them that the old long term recharge plan is migrated in the new plan as per the TRAI rule. Copy of reply is attached for your ref.
I have also discussed with your representative (TRAI) regarding such rule. He said that the new rule is not applicable to the customer with old plan till its end. I request you to please look in to the matter and resolve my query. Also, please note that their Nodal officer Nos are not working.

Videcon D2H Recharge amount not credited to d2h account

Hi Team,

My d2h customer id 40307881, recharge amount rs 300 paid through ICICI imobile application banking on dated 12/03/2019 .Transaction ref no remarks "BIL/BPAY/############/BBPS/VideoconD2H/BBPVIDDTH_############", but the amount neither credited to my d2h account nor refund back to my original bank account. You are requested to take a necessary action to deposit the to my d2h account or refund back. It is very serious matter for me to lose the amount.

Videcon D2H None of the channel working

Registered number 8793686996.

I have selected new package as per TRAI rule before 25th Feb ( after a long efforts) till that time from last 10 days none of my channels is working. Many times selected new package. Many email sent including zonal officer. 100 times tried to call call center. No luck. None of my selection working. Even response on email.

Last 10 days I wasted my money and time also.

Videcon D2H D2H not working

my customer id is 184664078 of vidiocon dth I am select package & done Recharge 450 but channel not coming customer care phone kept engaged all the times after constant wasting of 4-5 days. when they answered they replied due to technical problem i my connection is disconnected for last 5 days this is harrassement and defficiency in service Videocon dth must be punished and there services be suspended

Videcon D2H No action against my complaint

I am unable to view any channel though I have 450 in my account (videocon d2h). Given a complaint on 14th dec 18(complaint number6683 461 88). Got a call from a technician he knows only malayalam…. Can’t understand tamil Or english. So he cut the call.. Then there was no response from him. Called customer again on 15th dec 18 they provided a new complaint number (668879117) and promised that it will b resolved in 24 hours. No response even after 24 hours……so called customer care and again they given a new complaint number669215143….. Really fed up with videocon d2h…. My BP goes up all the time when I spoke to these customer care…. Irresponsible people don’t know how to speak to customer. Kindly take action against them
