Videocon Inappropriate Service

In August 2018 a complaint was filed to Videocon service center regarding a flaw in TV. Compalint No-LUC1108180303.
We were assured for replacement of defected part asap. But now two months have passed no action has been taken. Service Center says there is a delay in part. Nobody picks up the call and careless behaviour is shown. The warranty of the product will lapse in December 2018.

Videocon Spots on screen

Last year I purchased Videocon led 38000 RS. From Vijay sales vashi. Navi mumbai. Within 3-4 month dark spots showing on screen. I filed complain against this problem in March. After 4 month service center will reply and took back my LED for repair. Unfortunately they can’t do anything with my TV and resend me. Now the problem increase. More spots are on screen. Please do needful and replace my LED.

Videocon Complain regaring videocon led tv 40 inch

Dear team,
my LED tv is facing some issue, complaint done for the same, as per service center personnel issue is with the motherboard which was supposed to be replaced in 10 days as per him. But still waiting for the replacement since last 2 month. complaint no. Cha1408180308

Videocon Complaint not Attended

This is to bring into your kind attention that I Nikhil Jain a customer of Videocon window ac.
I have made a complaint for two of my Window ac’s installed in Noida regarding no Cooling with complaint no. as GHA0204170162 and GHA0204170163 on 1/4/17 which was attended by one of your service guy on 4/4/17 and he made one ac gas filling and asked us to wait till tomaro as some other guy will be attending the other ac.
we waited for next two days and nobody showed up and when we try to contact the mobile no. provided with complaint. he dosent bother to pick even our call.
Moreover next day we recived a call from videocon and he asked us to provide SCODE in very bad language. as our Product was not servied so we refused to provide the same to him.
Next day when we called up the customer again to check the status of our pending complaint he informed us that our request has been closed and we have to log a new request. so we loged a new request with com. no. GHA060417024. and the same behavour is being showed up the person how has our complaint now as he is also not picking call.
Its feels really pathetic as Videocon such a big brand has so poor service department. kindly check the matter and i hope Videocon will stand on his name and provide us the solution as soon as possible.
