Videocon Complaint about LED TV

I had purchased videocon TV 55 inch smart UHD on 5th oct 2017 vide invoice no1579006323. The day when the Techinican installed the tv at my home within an hour picture tube was gone. I raised a complaint then and service centre guy came an took the TV for repair and returned after few days.After repairing I didn’t notice some cloud type was formed inside the picture tube. I thought some sort of dust which is not inside the tube. I didn’t remove the plastic cover yet from the TV which is sticked. Only when I removed to check I noticed the cloud which is formed is actually inside the picture tube . I had to raise a complain again on 24th March and the same day a technician visited and told me that they will take the tv to service centre. After that I didn’t receive any call neither any came to take the tv. I started calling customer service thrice, I spoke to Jegadish on 14th March he promised me within 24 i will receive a call but I didn’t get any call. After 24hrs !
i called up and this time I spoke to Ms.Jasoda she replied me that I have to take the tv to service centre or I have to pay them the transportation charges. Why should I pay ? It’s the responsibility of videocon to fix this problem. After purchasing ur product we had suffered and now pay the charges ? If this is not fixed in next 2 days by 17th March I will go to consumer court and file case against videocon.

Videocon Worst after sales service by Videocon

Dear Sir,

I gave an compliant on 26th March 2018 as I faced issue with my 50" DDB smart TV. And service engineer Mr.Balamurugan inspected the TV on 27th March 2018. And he mentioned that need to change a spare part .
And he said will order it and fix it in a week as my TV is under extended warranty, he mentioned that I need to pay only service charge and transportation charges about Rs.2000.
I agreed to pay the necessary charges on completion of service with proper bill.
After a week I called him to know the status and he said it will take another one week and and he mentioned that if I need to repair it urgently then he gave me his senior mobile number.
His name is Mr.Krishnan, I have called him to know the status and he mentioned that there is a CBI raid in Videocon company so no spare parts were delivered & it will take one week to solve my issue.
I have been calling their customer care (no response) and Mr.Balamurugan & Mr.Krishnan for last 2 weeks where I didn’t get proper response and not even attended my calls.
And today Mr.Krishnan was attended my call after so many try, and replied me that will do conference call with spares supply team which didn’t happened and end of the day he told me that it will take another 15 days and gave an number of his senior Mr.Praveen.
As usual he also never attended my calls.

Customer service number is not working for last 3 days which Mr.Balamurugan agreed and no proper response from above 3 members is service team.

I really don’t know whom to compliant

Please help me out.

As this product was tagged as Made in India I bought this even at higher price.

Videocon my 40" LED TV not working

Dear Concern
This is complain is related to my Videocon LED TV which stopped working on 10th May 2018, after calling the service call centre they sent an engineer, who declared that picture tube need to be replaced, as it was in guarantee period,they gave me time for 2-3 days to get it fixed. But after regular follow ups for last 45 days,there is no positive response from the Customer care, please help to get the issue rectified as soon as possible.

Videocon 5 yr free comprehensive warranty not given

I purchased a 32 inch Videocon TV as per diwali offer norms published in TOI newspaper dated Oct 31 2015. I choose mentioned retailer ie pirgal electronics and from them I purchased my TV on 01 Nov 2015. On 23 Apr 2018 I registered for tv service thinking I am covered under their 5 year warranty but then to my surprise i came to know
1. TV sold to me is a 2 year old model ie month/year 092013 instead of 2015 (01/11/2015 date of purchase).if they would have sold the TV of 2015 manufacturing model then I would have definitely got the 2 year default extended warranty.
2. As per the offer I am supposed to get 5 year warranty as during purchase of TV retailer told me that in warranty card only 1 year warranty comes and extended warranty will be applied automatically when you go for installation from Videocon.
I have the purchase bill , TOI news paper offer cutting which has diwali offer terms and condition of 5 year warranty condition that TV has to be purchased between 10 oct15 – 15 nov15 and I have purchased my TV within that range only ie on 01 nov15.i have Warranty card of 1 year but as the pirgal electronics lied and told me that this 1 year warranty will be extended when the Videocon team will do installation and the warranty will be extended to 5 years in system .

Now when I am trying to use my 5 year warranty then service person is asking for physical card and same I requested from pirgal electronics and they denied saying Videocon company got bankcorrupt and they don’t want to talk to me and they cannot give me warranty.
The service person is asking for the extended warranty card which was not given to me by pirgal electronics and now I am not able to service my TV and the repair cost is around 5000 and I purchased this TV for extended warranty benefit only and same I am not able to use it instead purchasing in offer and provided them full money to prigal electronics. Kindly help me in getting my 5 year warranty.

I REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT ON 02ND JUNE THAT MY VIDEOCON WASHING MACHINE DOESN’T START.
AFTER 05-06 DAYS A PERSON COME TO CHECK AND SAID THERE IS A PART DAMAGED AND HE SUBMIT THAT COMPLAINT TO HIS HIGHER END, BUT STILL ITS ANOTHER 10 DAYS PASSED BUT NO HAS COME TO SOUGHT OUT THE PROBLEM .
THERE IS A VERY BAD SERVICE OF VIDEOCON…….GUYS PLZ DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT OF VIDEOCON.

Videocon Badly services

Hi,

I have raised issue but there is no revert from VIDEOCON company side. I have suffering last 3 month.

I have also raised complain national consumer desk. If company not revert. I will raise in consumer court.

As previous mail company revert engineer visit 48 to 72 hours but still problem not resolve.

This is company policies customer suffering problem but no services provide, what type of services provide VIDIEOCON?????
Please find the attachment of all details. I have issue from Videocon service team.
There is no revert from 15 days from company side. Prashant is a service provider in Aligarh.
I have call to Prashant (8191869611) for replace/repair my Videocon TV but there is no reply, I have also follow up with call center but same issue facing.
This is pathetic service from Videocon side.

If there is no resolution from Videocon company side, I will go to consumer court for same issue.

Videocon TV service is so pathetic

I have raised the TV repair complaint of Feb 17 2017. the Product is under warranty. The service employee told two of the boards need to be replaced. Since then its been 2.5 months but not even a single communication has been taken form their side. I believe they are fooling lot of customers by giving false promises. and mostly all the TV appliances are faulty and which is not having long life. This needs to be taken care by them. Other wise the government should take necessary legal actions on them. i do have the necessary proofs that their products are not having good quality.

Videocon Very Shitty After sales service

I had purchased a fridge from vi jay sales in Delhi. after 8 months of purchase the fridge suddenly stopped working.When i contacted the customer care they gave me some number of ashish-09136128444.who never came by the way and when i called up to customer care to get the details.some uneducated nitty wits answer the phone in haryanvi or bihari slang .an dassure me that they have reminded the area manager of the problem. 5 days have gone by and there is still no response from any of the person.
will never buy this brand again.
