Vodafone Sim deactivation issue

This issue is regarding my contact number prepaid 8375896693. My sim card got deactivated on last month and i visited you Branch office also for that but as per your executive i need to 1800 rupees and he was Forcing me to convert this prepaid sim to Postpaid. I also informed that person this is critical for me my Bank, Paytm, Every confidential information is linked with this Number but he is not helping me . So i want to get activate this number this is really important for me please help me with this .Really your service is degrading day by day , i am user of Vodafone since last 7 years but now its time to move from your service . Please provide customer service also its really important .

Vodafone Internet not working in evening and call drop very frequently network goes off all sudden

I facing this problem since 2 month even i alred done portablity of my two sim in other network as all suddenly call disconnected in between talking nd every evening net goes off even google page can’t open and when we try to talk in customer care then first they recv call after 15min of waiting and they infom tht Vodafone’s system is upgrading evrytime they give same ans and when we try to file complaints they say can we transfer call to senior representatives nd when we say yes they put call on hold for 45 min nd no any senior representative will talk with you I don’t knw why this all happened but u lose my trust Vodafone nd even you lost trust of many customers.. i am preparing to compliant against this issue in TRAI and in consumer forum act , i think you are looking in to for resolutions then after worst service i ever feel. I will file complaints against ur customer representative who made me wait for 45 min and not transferring my call to senior representative i! have proof of all with recording.

Vodafone Harrassment

My mother mobile no 9988855783 got suddenly permanent disconnect by Vodafone service provider due to non recharge of RS 35 sir I immediately contact Vodafone as my mother was out of country due to which she not able to recharge then customer care told that you are our long associated customer as you please don’t port other five numbers which I agree but when I went to Vodafone store they told that you have to buy postpaid sim as we will not give prepaid sim of this number through which I aghast and forcefully got Vodafone postpaid by giving fee of RS 300 as I told them this is costly to my mother on 5 April they give us sim and two days till 8 Apr evening my mother no not activate reason they put someone other sim in our mobile then laugh this happen at dugri mini Store ludhiana.sir now they give us bill cost RS 248 in which RS 100 fee and other RS 148 as we request them please give plan of RS 100 but they told you have to take RS 299 plan otherwise you will not get yo!
ur number then we forcefully get this plan now when I complaint and ask for portability they told in call you can change your postpaid sim to prepaid sim I confirm her their customer executive name was Rupinder I have a record of that call& call of they promise me you will get prepaid no of 9988855783 before buying postpaid.Sir this is harrassment to customer like us as they wrongly trap their customer and then forcefully harrassment according to their condition.i am not in condition to give bill of RS 350 as monthly rental.sir I request you to please take stringent action against Vodafone service provider.i also want to raise a PIL against Vodafone how they harrassing customer if they not change my mother no to prepaid.

WE DONE RECHARGE ON 5 APRL19, FOR 199 RS IN THE MRNG THROUGH PAYTM BUT TXN IS NOT COMPLETED BECZ OF URS SERVER ERROR WE CONTACT UR CUSTOMER CELL THEY TELL US WITH IN 2 HOURS TXN WAS COMPLETED OR IF NOT IT WIIL B CREDITED IN UR AC OR EXTEND D DAYS OF USE. ,I CHECKED AND TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT IT IS NOT PROCESSED ND THEY TELL US TO DO NEXT RECHARGE.PLZ CHK ND CREDITED AMT IN OUR AC OR RECHRGE THE PREPAID NO. 1.OR REF:ONR################

Vodafone OTP from 17863

Hi, I am also one of the victim of otp sms from 17863, am unable to track which nothing was mentioned in the sms instead of otp. Tried to get help from Vodafone and failed to do so. Vodafone will not help you in any way and simply says contact respective banks.
They will tell you that they will have the data of sms only related to their network and never tries to track the sms source. Pathetic situation from Vodafone and never expected this from it.
