I didn’t activate any weekly pack yet I received an SMS mentioning that an weekly pack has been active on my number and subscription charges would be deducted for that. Is this the new way of stealing consumers’ money?
Does Vodafone thinks I am illiterate?
Don’t I know which pack I have activated and which I didn’t? How come with my confirmation a service pack got activated in my number?
I am getting calls at midnights from below number, bad words and abusing, my family disturbed due to this.. Could you please take action against him.
Callertune for my number 740632485 has been activated even though i didn’t sent any SMS and deducted 230Rs.If i call customer care they are saying you send an SMS to activate it and they said on 28th of this month we got an sms from vodafone about activation. I didn’t got any message or i sent any SMS to vodafone number. I even asked her to cancel caller tune and refund my money they are saying once activated it cannot by give back. I am an average person i don’t want any caller tune help me in getting my money back and deactive my caller tune.
This is to apprise you that self had been facing network issues/ Frequent call drops/ echo voices / One way voice for couple of weeks now on vodafone service ( mobile no – 9873802412)
Had earlier raised complaints on this vide complaint no: 545946418 / 1st Oct’18 , some complaints were raised earlier as well don’t have the complaint number, as might have deleted the sms.
Till now there had been no respite on the issue.
Further plz find attached screenshot of abrupt call drop.( for 30th Sep’18)
The network & frequent call drops are happening in Noida – sec 108 / sec 2 area’s to be specific as these are my daily penetration area, not sure if the same is happening in any other location besides this.
Kindly look into this ASAP !!

I recently made a recharge through the free charge app on to my Vodafone number. However, the same has not yet been reflected even after waiting for the requisite period which was mentioned to be 30 minutes . Transaction ID- NCMP6695378286
I have been using vodafone number – 9642355597 from last 6 years and i have requested for change from post paid to pre paid, one of vodafone employee from HYD- Kukkatpally branch convinced me and provided 500 RS for 1 year and it will be continued plan and when ever wanted can be changed to normal plan, any how i have another number and usage is very less for vodafone so activated the 500 per 1 year plan, at the moment plan duration got completed with out intimation they have charged me 236 RS per month and i have visited to customer store and they said first pay the bill than we can change what you want, i asked why you activated the plan with out my confirmation and at the time of plan activation they confirmed it will be continued but it got changed after year.
Finally every month they are charging 236 per month and now bill reached to 1000, Vodafone disconnected my connections
Please take any action and get this resolved to activity my SOM
we have lost my SIM No 98253 22301with USB STICK on 22/08/2018 & same day I call 98250 98250 and closed my SIM ( Voice recording is available in my mobile ) But to day we received bill for full month WHY ????
