Vodafone Postpaid to prepaid

Dear sir, madam

I have request store I have does postpaid to prepaid my SIM they give me prepaid SIM on 01 march 2019 till 15 march 2019 my prepaid SIM is not activate y I going mini store they only say me plz wait Vodafone response is not good I have complaint they are not resolved y plz I have request you my prepaid SIM card activate fast & I have to pay 20 day extra rental because of your team fraud you activate postpaid SIM on 2 days but prepaid is not activate after 15 days y plz talk to mini store executed you reply me fast.

Vodafone Slow Data Speed

Dear All – There is a problem in data speed since oct’18 (Mobile – 8826879714). I have complaint many times in vodafone customer care but till date i am facing same problem (No Resolution). I am facing the data speed problem in indoor and some times oudoor location.
many times i have changed network settings in my mobile and many more troubleshooting as shared by customer care but now i am fed up with all these things.

Please provide a valid resolution for it.

Vodafone Harassment for bill payment

Dear Sir

More than 6 months back I had got my Vodafone number(+91-9167766498) ported to Airtel. As i understand the porting needs a NOC from the existing service provider for payments. Since my number got ported, which means, i have payed all the dues to Vodafone.

When I ported the number, I kept getting calls from Vodafone asking the reson for change and offers to join them back. When i refues the same, I started getting calls for pending dues.

Dear Sir, if i have ported the number and vodafone has given a NOC for no dues, how is it possible that I have pending payment?
When i tried to reason with the vodafone telecaller, i was thretend and told that they would keep harassing me with their calls

I would request you to please take action against them for unncessary harassement and mental torture

Vodafone Improper SIM Connection

R/Sir/Madam,

My name is Sandeep Kumar, I am using Vodafone no.98880-60047 since last 9 years. Now i have updated it from 2G to 4G. But my number is not working from last one week. I spoke to company representatives at Ferozepur City Vodafone care center about my problem. But they are harassing me by calling again and again. They have asked for my proof so many times but my SIM is still not working. I am a Govt. Employer and i am sure you will understand it is not acceptable to be waiting for such a long long time. I would therefore like to request you to look into the matter or else, I will Port all 5 Vodafone numbers that my family is using.
