I have a postpaid number(7059627814) my plan is 175 rs, i have used this plan last 18 months, but this month they send me the bill 292 rs, i can’t understand why the add extra charges , for that reason i have called up customer care(198) more than 8 times since last 5 days, but they did not connected me with his customer care employee after keep me continue with I V R calling 7-8 mints they disconnected the call.
I really disappointed for that reason, kindly check it out please.
my mobile no is 9830126686. I am using vodafone postpaid connection. I received sms from vodafone that KIDS GAME PACK is activated for 7 days, it will be charged Rs21 in next billing cycle. This is harassing that vodafone automatically activating packs without customer consent. If I get this amount added in my next bill then I will file a case against them. It’s not because 21 rs but for harassment. I did not receive any calls ar sms for activation request. I have attached screenshot of the SMS I received and the call list which shows I have not received any call from vodafone for activation.
This is with respect to automatic deduction of money from main account of Mobile.
I initially had done a recharge of 50 rs and had above 39 rs in my Vodafone account..after sometime on 25th may I get a message from Vodafone stating 28 rs have been deducted from my account for the service I have applied for(how to ) videos…
Request for the money to be refunded immediately else will change service provider.
My name is Jay Parekh and i have ported two connections 9049156560 and 9049256560 from Airtel on 9 March 2020, now let me tell you the complaint in detail because your customer care team is really pathetic, they give false promises and do not resolve the issue and close the case without giving resolution, On 6 March 2020 i visited the Vodafone store situated at vasai west in vinod niwas and met a female named Preeti so she told me that as i want to port two numbers Vodafone has an excellent plan of 598 in which i will get Amazon prime, zee5 and Vodafone play subscriptions free for one year and its clearly mentioned online aswell on the Vodafone website, so i was happy with this family plan so on 10 march in the morning around 9 am i inserted both the sim and did the verification by calling 59059 which i did and i was completely shock because the lady on the call named megha told thats its not a family plan and hence i cannot avail the benefits of family plan she told that she will send me a link and then i can add my no 9049156560 as a secondary no in the 598 plan, so in short preeti gave me a wrong commitment, after 30 min my no 9049156560 was merged in family plan but i was not able to use Vodafone play, amazon prime and zee5 so again i called back and they took the complaint after that Vodafone play and amazon started but zee 5 was not working so from that day onwards i am calling the customer care and complaining but i am just getting false promises from a lady called vishaka phirke that she will check with the store ans get back from 17 march she is just checking with the store and did not call back and hence i complained again on 18 march to complain against the same issue and this time i got a call around 5 pm just for 1 sec each and at 6.20 i am getting a mail that tried to call but as u did not pick the call, complaint is closes the lady who sent the message just called for 1 second twice as a formality just to show that they called the customer, her name was rupa sultanpure, i am sharing the screenshot of all the mail and i want to complaint again preeti from Vodafone store, vishaka phirke and rupa sultanpure because i was given wrong information, then my case was not resolved only false promises were given by vishaka ans lastly rupa sultanpure just called as formality, what kind of people are you hiring, do they understand what customer service actually means, i am filing a case in the consumer court for breach of contract as you guys cannot provide service and against all 3 employees of yours for mental harassment, i am not able to attach all the screenshots as this app has limitations but i have all the proofs
On 9.2.2020 I recharged Rs 49 and Rs. 38 was due to be account for in my balance and balance would be Rs. 56 but balance shows as Rs. 18. How can ithappen
Is not clear to me. In my opinion it is a case of fraud/cheating a consumer which h is not expectable from vodafone.
I was at the chandani, lenin sarani Vodadone store on 5th March 2020 at 12:50 pm an advisor name Tinku or Tiku was very unprofessional busy on his phone always trying to divert to other advisory on top of that raising an eyebrow as if for what he is there for, kindly take strict action against him and let him know for what he is getting paid for!
The kiosk was empty and he still asked me to take a token when there was no need of it just waste of a paper I explained him that then other advisory assisted me.
it was a general query it would hardly take a min, very disappointed.
