Vodafone why do vodafone store customer to go for prepiad plans

I had visit vodafone showroom at churchgate and they insist that i go in for a postpaid plans.my choice is pri-paid plan
why does vodafone force customer to forcibly go for post-paid plans please see to the matter and do the needfull .

Vodafone REFUSE TO GIVE SIM AGAINST MISSING SIM

i would like to draw your attention that today morning I went to Saidapet Vodafone mini store around 10.40 am Vodafone store not opened till 11 am after 11 am store opened I entered into Vodafone store and I esquired Vodafone mini store staff regarding new vodafone sim against my missing sim but the vodafone staff refuse to provide he told me that come one hour later that is after 12 pm .
vodafone store opened 11 am but he refused to give sim he asking me to wait one hour nobody is there no crowd in vodafone store
so my question why that person refuse to give sim and asking to me to wait one hour.at last i am unable to get new sim because of one hour waiting,, please do the needful action against that saidapet vodafone mini store staff near to railway station.

Vodafone CUSTOMER SERVICE & SIM ACTIVATION

Hi,

This is very sad and shame to inform that as being a loyal customer for 6 years of Vodafone Telecom Service with mobile number : 8986711102. My connection got barged and stopped working last week.
As this number is mention in all banks for OTP I need to keep it active all time. I went to Vodafone HUB , Sackhi -831001 Opposite of Sitla Mandir road.
The Agent Miss. RINA informed me that your number is gone as you have not used that for more than 6 months.
You have to transfer the SIM service into POSTPAID from PREPAID and due to that you have to pay ₹250/- INR.
I called Nodal office of Vodafone and they informed to contact Locan Nodal office of Bihar&Jharkhand .
When I called on Nodal team number more that 10 times on given mobile number: 9709018278 , there was no response.
I spoke with the other agent that when I am receiving calls and messages how could she charge ₹250/- INR to get it activated.
She said to recharge of ₹10/- only and the SIM service got active and start working.
I can’t understand why the hell people are being robbed and made fool by these type of filthy agents.
She should be terminated and the office should be taken care of in behalf of any senior agents as the service has been worst and information provide was unacceptable.
I being a good citizen of India cannot tolerate this type of nonsense happening around in my city by robbing people.
Kindly please look into this matter on priority basis and take a strict action on the agent Miss.RINA . Her way of talking and behaviour was worst with each and every customer.

Vodafone bill issue

I WENT TO DUBAI ON 4TH JULY. I WENT TO VODAFONE STORE ON 3RD JULY TO ACTIVATE INTERNATIONAL ROAMING PACK. THEY TOLD ME I WILL HAVE TO PAY Rs.( 2500+150) FOR 7 DAYS IN WHICH I WILL GET UNLIMITED INCOMING AND OUTGOING CALLS AND UNLIMITED INTERNET AND I WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY ANY FURTHER CHARGES. WHEN I REACHED DUBAI I COULD NOT MAKE ANY CALL TO INDIA. ON 10TH I MAILED THEM TO STOP MY INTERNATIONAL ROAMING SERVICE. I HAD ASKED THEM TO START MY SERVICE FROM 4TH JULY. THEY STARTED IT ON 7PM OF 3RD JULY. WHEN I CALLED AT THE CUSTOMER CARE THE GUY TOLD ME IT IS VALID FOR 168 HOURS THAT IS TILL 7PM OF 10JULY. WHEN I REACHED INDIA THEY DISCONNECTED MY SERVICE. AND TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY RS.25000. I HAVE MAILED THEM SO MANY TIMES REGARDING THE SAME AND HAVE NOT GOT A PROPER RESPONSE. THEY HAVE JUST SENT ME THE DETAILS OF LOCAL CALLS WHICH I MADE IN DUBAI. IF THE PACKAGE STATED THAT I WILL GET UNLIMITED CALLS WHAT IS THE NEED OF DETAILS? AND MOREOVER I COULD NOT MAKE ANY CALL TO INDIA. AND!
THEY ASK ME TO PAY 25000. WHEN I TALKED TO THEM THEY SPOKE IN A HARSH MANNER AND SAID DO WHATEVER YOU CAN.
