I recharged for ₹347, but was unsuccessful twice and 347+347 has been deducted from two different accounts from which I tried recharging. This always happens with Vodafone. If you cannot provide proper customer service then shut the app. Ridiculous. Now I’m fearful to try recharge again for another amount as I don’t know whether it’ll be successful and I’m in real need of a data pack. Wow Vodafone. Hats off to your incompetence
My vodafone no. 8588014862 has been recharged from the phonepay app and the amount is also deducted from the wallet but i have recieved the recharge of only 1.28 rs and rest of the amount of recharge is not yet recieved. So pls kindly recharge my no. With rest of the amount thanking you
My Vodafone no. 9619084199 has been recharged from shop.vodafone.in for Rs.349 and the amount is deducted from my account but I did not receive any confirmation from Vodafone and also the recharge has not happened. I have attached the transaction summary. Kindly have a look at it and resolve as soon as possible.
My Vodafone no.: 9550942983. I made recharge of Rs. 179 via Vodafone app internet banking dtd ist mar 2018 10;56am .. money is deducted from my bank account . But it is not reflecting in my Vodafone app. .. .. recharge is unsuccessful

I have done online recharge my mobile number on 11/06/2018 of Rs 396 as per Vodafone offer. But till now neither activate my recharge amount nor refund the money to my account. I have recharged directly from Vodafone website. I have done complaint about that matter with Vodafone officials mail but no positive response come. Vodafone is chitting with us.
