Vodafone online recharge Recharge not received

I initiated the recharge from my Vodafone app on my mobile number 9886877690 for Rs 245 and payment was completed through Paytm. My number is still inactive(not recharged) but amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet to Vodafone. I have been chasing your call center for the same stop harassing the customer either recharge or reverse the transaction Regards

Vodafone online recharge Recharge unsuccessful

On 12 June 2017 an online recharge of ₹349 for Vodafone number 9819453516 was done on behalf of my friend in Amravati using the Bank of Maharashtra debit card from here in Mumbai and although I received the confirmation message of payment successful on my mobile, my friend in Amravati has not received the recharge as yet.
When I visited the ‘check your transaction’ site, it said that the transaction ID did not exist. Kindly look into the matter at your earliest,

Vodafone online recharge Recharge not done

Hi,

on 23.06.2017 at 12.30Pm I have initiated an online recharge of Rs. 150 on my vodafone number 9874713006 but unfortunately the amount got deducted from my bank and still now the amount was not credited into my mobile number.
Request you to kindly check and inform me the details.

kindly find the attachment where the amount is been deducted from my bank. after the recharge through the web portal, an error occurred.

I recharged for ₹347, but was unsuccessful twice and 347+347 has been deducted from two different accounts from which I tried recharging. This always happens with Vodafone. If you cannot provide proper customer service then shut the app. Ridiculous. Now I’m fearful to try recharge again for another amount as I don’t know whether it’ll be successful and I’m in real need of a data pack. Wow Vodafone. Hats off to your incompetence
