his was a very very bad and risky trip with Uber last night (15/04/2018) through cab no WB04G5990 , Driver Zamar. I have booked Uber (Go) around 11:45pm from 3, Bansdroni Rd, New Tollygunge to 5/6 Studio Ln , Haltu, Kolkata-700078 with my kids and wife. Your car reach pickup point around 11:55 pm and we have started our trip. Around 12:10am we have reached Regent estate area which was far from my residence/locality and your cab claimed he have no fuel in car after waiting 10min at the same location. I told pls. arrange any alternatives but he refused. Neither he help me nor cancel the trip, as I can book another cab through your apps. We have already spent 20 to 30 mins over there in the mid night and getting little bit confused and night panic also as I travelling with my wife and son. However, I have arranged some other alternatives with extra pay and reached home at 1:30am.
This morning I have received your mail/msg that my trip was completed at 1:32am at 6/1a, Rameshwar Shaw Rd, Beniapukur, Kolkata, West Bengal 700014, India and you charged 275/- through Paytm. Which is totally wrong and in justified? As a customer I feel you/your driver cheating /falling to huge risk factor at night/positioned poor business with me. Please short out the issue starting with full reversal my Amount 1st. I have lot of points/arguments about the trip with Uber and cab no WB04G5990
Sir, I would like draw your attention towards my claim for 20% amt of the sum assured under AE Assurance(15 Years) PLI policy No. APS-AE-623305-L for Rs.2,00,000/- which was due on 14th January 2018. The claim has been forwarded to your office through 661 FPO C/O 99 APO vide their letter No. 785/PLI-Corr/FPO dated 10-01-2018 and subsequent reminder vide even No. dated 12-03-2018 but the claim for Rs.40,000/- has not received till date. It is not understood as to how the above mentioned has not been credited to my account till date. As such, it is requested to intimate the reason for not crediting of the same and also take appropriate action at the earliest as I am facing pecuniary loss.

As a customer i did believe in your promises and i hoped that you would be professional as your sign-up seemed. I was told by Pompa to pay Rs 2500 upfront which Ms Moumita Mukherjee asked for Rs 2,500 . I paid & yes in all fairness you gave me a receipt of the same .
But i ask Ms Moumita Mukherjee where are the jobs with Ujjivan Bank which you promised ?. None of your numbers work, Your toll free is non existent . Not one person bothers to take calls & Ananaya you never honour appointments .
The website is down most of the time & when its up it shows absolutelyirrelevant jobs.
HR Business are not built on billing people for registration charges and not delivering the goods . Unlike hundreds of reviews online which call you a scammer & a fraud , i personally choose not to get childish over 2500 Rs .
But from one professional to another, great businesses are not built by disappearing on customers & trust me i am not the kind of person who writes shit online , but you have left no means to communicate with you .
