I am facing an issue while entering my details to apply for LL Test Slot Booking. Whenever I try to fill the application through my Application no. it is displaying the message Entered Application No. is approved. "Slot booking is not available to next 30 days" while applying using my Learner’s License No it is displaying the same message I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful Action plz.. With the following, I would like to draw your kind attention that, on 13/03/2019, at 10.04 AM, I have applied to purchased Petrol through my United Bank Of India, ATM Card, from Eastern Trader, NH116B, Kushpata, Ghatal, West Bengal, 721212.
The counter have swiped the card twice and and asked my to give the ATM PIN twice, as the Transaction Slip with ID no. 49055795, Invoice Number 000964 with amount Rs. 300/- came , they have given me only one time.
As I got SMS from my Bank latter, I have draw their attention for refund of my Rs. 300/-, they are saying me that, the said amount have not been credited to their account.
In this connection I have Submitted (WhatsApp) the Bank Statement, 2 time received SMS, deducting Rs. 300 + Rs. 300/- to the proprietor of that Indian Oil Petrol Pump.
But unfortunately , they are not refunding the excess amount to me.
Please take necessary action regarding the same at your earliest.
My wife JAYANTI BANDYOPADHYAY is a subscriber to VIDEOCON D2H vide customer id-203317436.We are having 3 connections at our residence.We are all Sr Citizens at home and spend most of our time watching TV. For the last 30 days Videocon D2H(now merged with DISH TV) customer care is not accessible over phone as well as through non responsive E-mails.We have tried to exercise new pack option as per TRAI guideline for last 30 days but no response from them.On top of it they have suddenly withdrawn Bengali channels from one of my connections vide card no-10531783115 on 02/03/2019.Even letter written to DISH TV CEO Amit Dua under acknowledgement remained unattended. We are in state of shock after paying subscription for a year. Kindly help us out

I, Sri Pratip Kumar Mandal, Retired Senior Section Engineer (Signal) drawing my pension from SBI INDA Branch, Kharagpur through Pension A/c No – 20041139139.
As per enhanced pension amount Rs 31100/ WEF 01/01/2016, not credited to my pension account till date. Last pension drawn for the month of Feb ’19 was Rs 28348/- (i.e. in the old rate). On enquiry from Divisional Accounts office, S.E. Rly. Authority, they told that matter was already processed and sent to samriddhi bhaban on 6th July 2018. It may due to communication gap between state bank of India, Inda, Kharagpur and centralized processing centre, Kolkata.
May kindly investigate the case, so that the undersigned can draw the pension in enhanced rate with arrears as er 7th pay commission from 01/01/2016 Thanking you,

Supreme Court I have been granted MACP II in the grade pay 4600 from 01.01.2006. Even after a lapse of 8 months, I have not received the arrears of pay and allowance from 01.01.2006 to 31.07.2007.
