We are disappointed (rather disillusioned) looking at the way a global consumer focussed firm like Samsung runs its customer service program through its so called untrusted partner here in Kolkata We have been using to Samsung product for 2 & 1/2 years for our Hotel unit in Kolkata ( Protect Vanijya Pvt Ltd) ,where we had several issues post commissioning of the VRV units , which till date have not been solved to 100% satisfaction.
Since inception particular one VRV is having some problems or the other . If a new machine after being installed & commissioned is having coextensive problem , then we would like to know what is the reasons ?? but alas none of the Samsung team members were aware of the issue , now suddenly we find the huge condensation happening from the celling ducting line of the ac , & upon investigation it was found that the wrapping of the Ac ducting was not done properly , hence was the reason for condensation . now please watch out this not the end, the condensation infact has spoiled . the entire Gypsum ceiling was full of dirty patches & musty fragnace where my clients started complaining everyday . we complained to the highest authorities of Samsung in india but hardly could get their response on the same . Despite of paying heavy amount on AMC on yearly basis , we got to know this work would incur financial charges . Moreover the melancholy is that now we are asking for support , but no one seems to respond in a significant way to sort this complication.
I would request you to kindly look into the same & take this issue up with Samsung .

I raised a service request in Reliance Digital as my Kent water purifier was bought from Reliance Digital and is under extended warranty. It is not working since on 10th Sept. Reliance Service Request No. is 8018699487. Technician still not attended in spite of making it a high priority issue.
Getting water is a basic issue. Should be serviced asap.
HOW DO WE SURVIVE WITHOUT WATER? WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS PROVIDED?
This is pathetic. After 48 hours now they are saying they need 72 hours.
I am tired of calling customer care repeatedly asking for status. They are repeatedly saying its "Under Process".
I sent my 10or E phone to the service center for repair on 16th aug on 24th aug they confirmed me that service has been initiated but till then there is no update regarding the same. Several times I called to their service centers and also emailed them regarding the same but they never provided me any satisfactory answer. So with lot of hope i came here so that I get my phone back as soon as possible. Thanking you
i got the Card 20 days back i didnt used it till now . i got the statement message today saying balance due 589.
and the Guy who called me 20 days back informed me that annual fee 500 will be deducted after one year and also you will get back that 500 back in your credit card after 24hours.for that i have agrre to card or else i would never take a card
now today when i call customer care they are telling the different story you will get 500 voucher in return and all.
i didnt like the way you people manipulate and customer care people not connecting till 20 mins
bad experince before using the card
This is in regards to the concern authority that even after completion of my DIB verification with all the required documents to be fullfilled at additional SP office on 18.08.2018, my PV status still showing "Pending for physical police verification at respective Thana under Additional SP Office, District North 24 Parganas". I had visited several times the additional SP office but get the information that the report is given bad by the verification officer, unless nobody exactly told me whats wrong with my verification. The picture is totally unclear to me. I had just one point to figure out, that if our verification has done by the local police, does it mean that they have the right to create one’s citizenship by giving his/her created feedback. The docs I submitted was as mentioned below.
Aadhar card/Voter Card/Ration Card/Pan Card/School Certificate (CBSE)/10th Admit card/Residential certificate from the ward councilor duly attested with photo/Page of the voter list name duly attested by the ward councilor. I’m really disappointed with the days back I’m going through these troubles and harrassments. Along with these I had also submitted my father’s & mothers voter/pan/aadhar/ration cards xerox, father employment certificate and PPO book xerox.

I had purchased a Haier washing machine on 02.02.2015 model no Haier HWM 60-10 / 6.0 kg auto washing machine which is under extended warranty till 02.02.2020.
Despite requests to get the fault which has arisen in this washing machine the technicians who have visited my house for repairs have failed to rectify the same.
It is matter of regret that me being a senior citizen with limitation of age I am subjected to this mental harassment of not being able to get the machine rectified by Haier.
My earnest request to you is to please take up the matter with them and get my machine repaired at the earliest. Regards
i cannot login to my existing ssc account to further apply for exams i have been registered for over a year now , i have given lots of exam and i have also applied for ssc cgl 2018 but when i visited the site its says details not matched . i have payment proves as well as application details.
I would like to draw your attention to the subject matter mentioned above. My name is Alivia Roy ( EMP ID: 615634). I worked for Wipro Kolkata in BT_My Account for nearly 16-17 months as a Senior Associate. I had submitted my form to withdraw the PF nearly two years back but still, I have not received any update on the same. I tried many times to call Wipro but I am not able to reach anyone. I visited Wipro Kolkata Reception twice or thrice but they couldn’t provide any help apart from sharing the number. I have updated my KYC a long back got the UAN no but till date, the status is showing pending. I have neither got any further help to complete the process nor the money.
In this regard, I would request you to draw your kind attention to this matter and do the needful ASAP. I would also like to notify that the websites are not working for quite a long time to check the status hence please share the update and any possible further procedure to resolve the matter.
