In Airtel dth if you want to remove any channel you have to call customer care which is not toll free and it takes a lot of time to reach operator. Though add top ups is available in mobile apps, there is no option for removal of channel. So we are facing a lot of difficulties.
The mobile no-7319133848 is disturbing by calling on our home mobile phone, using slum languages throughout day and night. It is disturbing to the women of our family all day without any reason. We can’t sleep at night for that. Please take necessary action soon.

Complaint against one of your sales staff Mr subrato samadder. He came down to my place and took application form and cheque for the new EDC connection 30/08/18. Same got debited from my account but till date i have not received the same. He is abuse language and continuously avoiding me,

I’m a merchant user of PayU now. I collect total of rs 3039 on 6th of September 2018. The payU now customer care says the is deposited into my bank account on 21st of September 2018. But I didn’t receive any money in my bank account. My payUnow mobile no is 8145689119. Please help me to get my money.
I was in Kurseong from 19.09.2018 till 08.10.2018 and based on your SMS to my registered phone No.9831253918 I handed over a chq. No.000159 dated 01.10.2018 on HDFC Bk to your Kurseong Br. on 01.10.2018.
To my utter surprise I came to know from my friend tracking the payment in Kurseong that the chq. has been cancelled by Darjeeling Br. as the card has only 14 digits and not 16 digits.
On returning to Kolkata on 10.10.2018 I have dropped a chq. No.000163 for the same amt to avoid any further delay in payment.
However due to ignorance of the Darjeeling the Staff, I should not be penalised for defaulting to pay by 08.10.2018.
I hope you will reverse the penalty if any and cancell the second cheque.
