Myself Debapriya Chatterjee MCA 4th sem student, Enrollment No-151355810.I have paid 600 Rupees for Convocation form on 25th February at 10.04 P.M. Actually after payment I received one acknowledgement receipt from IGNOU, but in a receipt, it showing I have been paid only Rupees 1(one).
According to the slip Control No-435585 PG TXN ID- 13614603. I have also visited my bank as well as IGNOU Kolkata Regional centre, but they are also told the same that payment has been successful. Please find the below attachment and solve my issue as soon as possible. I hope I will gate a positive reply through IGNOU at the end.

In view of the above you are requested to take necessary action at the earliest so that my long outstanding payment of 50% disability pension can be made.
with due to respect i would like to tell you that Videocon d2h customer care representatives are not helpful and could not able to solve my problems. My problem is that i cant able to see some 5 to 6 numbers of channels which are already included into my previous base pack .As I told them that these channels are very important for me and i want those back as soon as possible but they did not response so now i am writing my complains here.According to trai’s new rules this compay is also not able to migrate my new pack although I did my selection properly and submitted it on there website https://www.d2h.com but now i am not talking about new plan ,i am talking about the old plan and they told me previously that there will be no interruption or any problem ,but now i am facing lots of interruption and problems. sir i dont need any problem regarding this issues because i am paying lots of money and i am also telling you that this company has a very poor service. There is!
also sufficient balance into my account although i am not able to see some important channels . I told to customer care but they did not solved it. But how far i know the new rules of TRAI’s are already available in market but this company did not migrate my new plans and selection. I therefore, request you as a customer kindly make a serious step and kindly help me to solve my problems. Thanks You
