My debit card ATM that I have applied for returned without communication with me. The messages was so hazy and bizzare that I was unable to confirm myself rather confused highly and never expected such service from an organization with international repute and rankings. The ATM card returned to an origin I can never collect from. I need the card with urgency and request to return it to the destination branch of kharagpur from which I can collect it. The communication need to be improved much more regarding these matters.
I book a prepaid taxi on 16th Jan’19 around 6.20am car last No.2304. After started to my destination, driver stopped the car for SULAVA SOUCHALAYA for his own and ask rs.10 for his personal use as he didn’t have small denomination. I don’t mind, paid the money and wait in a cab for 15 minutes, then he came back and start again to our destiny, after a few minutes of journey he again stop the car for purchase panparag/guthkha from a shop and spit all the town until the journey ends, Then I ask what are you doing, he replied it is my first trip and I have not done my TOILET in hurry, actually he daily do the same thing. When I speak about he says don’t wary I can make it up your time. The quality about the car driver?
They can do anything between the journey by stopping the car. Is there any response or resolution for stopping this kind of nonsense?
I was traveling in flight 6E 125 today (15.1.19) from Ahmedabad to Kolkata and left my powerbank at seat 4C. Kindly check if it can be found.

I STAYED AT A HOTEL NAMED QUEEN HILLS AT MIRIK , WEST BENGAL ON 23.12.2018 AND CHECKED OUT ON 24.12.18 AFTER CLEARING ALL PAYMENTS. LATER I FOUND THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN EXTRA AMOUNT Rs.504/- FROM ME. FROM 24.12.18 THEY ARE TELLING THAT THEY WILL REFUND THE MONEY THROUGH BANK TRANSFER AND FOR THAT I HAD SENT ALL BANK DETAILS TO THEM FOR TRANSFER. BUT THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MONEY TILL DATE. With reference to the no.-W/ER/SDAH/000480459,I am lodging a complaint against IRCTC that I reserved a ticket on 5/1/2019 having PNR no.-6224008922 in late afternoon.After some time I cancelled the ticket due to some official work.Well irctc promised to refund my money within 8/1/2019 but today is 15/1/2019 and still I didn’t receive my refund money. Please kindly consider this Matter with utmost importance.

The transaction was reversed and the amount is not reflecting on my account, which was initially debited from my account. I have been to both the sending and receiving banks , they are saying it can resolved online only . Please look into the matter and provide a solution.

This is to inform you that I could not understand what is the above case against my Car No. WB06K7467, Chasis no. 55310 which was in my residential garage since 28th December,2018 to 06th January,2019 as I was out of station during the said period. Since I am the sole driver of the above Two Wheeler it is not possible for any one to take the Car out of the garage and violet the traffic rule.
I may also bring to your kind notice that time & place of offence not mentioned in the complaint.
Hence I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
