This is to inform you that I am using aqua guard water purifier of Eureka Forbes and need a service of water getting overflowed from top. For a long period of time even though I am logging service requests for an issue I am facing in the water purifier is not getting resolved by the technician. Each time he is giving excuses mentioning either the parts required to fix the aqua guard is not available in the market or to manage somehow with the problem. Two requests (2008715175, 2009671030) were already placed before but the problem is not yet fixed, and I am asked to place another request. Being the consumer I am facing lot of issues with the service.
I would like you to please have a look into the matter.

My Consumer No.is 37968. I get supply from JIBAN JYOTI, DHAKHINAPAN, Gariathat ROAD ( South ), KOLKATA —. I booked a cylinder on 2nd. October 2018 and booking no. is 644457. On 4th. October I received a message that Cash memo No. 3000106593 of booking ammount Rs. 907 generated. But unfortunately till date I.e 9th. October 2018. I did not received the cylinder and when asked the answer I got " you will receive it with in a couple of days.
Does it mean after generation of a Cash memo it will take a week to receive the cylinder? Regards
With due respect I beg to inform you that i am a bonafide customer of your company. My electric bill for August 2018 is Rs 5350/= which is very high as per my average bill is around Rs 1800/= per month.Then I am not understand by any how that why my electric bill for August 2018 is Rs 5350/=. So please clearify this that why the electric bill is so high and if there is any mistake then adjust the excess amount in September bill of 2018.. Thanking you.

I bought a camera from MrSpy technologies. Which had life time warrenty. Order #552957013. The camera stopped working only after one use. I contacted the customer support, they asked me to record and send a video of non functional product on mail and they will contact me in 24 Hrs. I sent the video but no response from them after 2 days.
