I have purchased split AC on month of Apr’2017.Technician has installed AC with amount 4600 which I have paid.But he did not showed me AC in operation mode – he told to call up his number if it will not work.By the time we need movement of AC from roof to balcony and same technician has done this work again without showing the operation.When we have tried to call him – we are getting switch off mobile.So we raised our concern in toll free no on 24 th June and complaint is getting close without doing anything.Now again I have reopened my complaint and they have given customer care number.I contacted them and they told to reinstall as previous installment has done wrongly.Please suggest what we will do as customer.Is their any short of customer care , we are getting from voltas!

I have purchased an Apple I Phone on 30th June, 2017 from Flipkart where expected delivery date is 10th June, 2017. But the product reached to the nearest hub on 3rd July and as per the confirmation by the customer care executive it will be be delivered within a day. But I waited for till 10th July and gave customer care a call around 4 PM. One of the customer care executive told me to wait in the delivery location till 7 PM and it has not delivered. I mailed to flipkart customer care saying all my issues, But end of with no response. Then I called them at 11 PM to check about the status of product. The customer care executive told the same story again that my issue will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours. But they deny me to communicate any email regarding the thing. I have purchased a lot of electronic items and merchandise from Flipkart and a loyal customer. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible because I have only 2 days to leave this place or else! I have to cancel the order.

i got my UBISLATE on 21st June..from that day the sim is not working.i have tried every sim card.not one is working.i showed it to the local store they say the IC maybe broken or not working.plus the keyboard also not in the package and i have tried to call and book it but no response.i contact the customer care, they say i have to talk to the IT section.i have been trying for 15 days but no response.so how should i get my complaint registered?try to get a service center’s phone no or address but got nothing from the customer care.and the customer care guys have so much attitude.they hung up..this is how you treat your customers?? wow!! i got a broken half dead tablet. and the service quality is worst.very disappointing.
A cosignment was booked from Satara by Cyclo Transmission Limited for Door Delivery at Stylish Precast Private Limited,11th Mile Panagarh – Moregram Highway, Bonkati Dist : Bardhman through TCI Freight vide their Receipt number 627088372 Dated 19.6.17.
This consignment is showing as delivered at Asansol on 1.7.17 but till today has not been delivered to above address which is only around 50km from asansol.
Despite regular follow up the same is not getting delivered.

The same phone for repairing had to deposit before Micromax Service Centre,Midnapore(address as stated above)dt.08-06-2017 which could be received on 06-07-2017 but most unfortunately,the same got out of order 0n 10-07-2017 & the same has further deposited on 10th vide BAR CODE E030529-############MiWarranty no 17071005342RA.
Since matter under warranty period,it is requested to expedite action to get back the Phone being completely repaired within a short span to avoid most unwated litigation or so.
