Dear complaint board
Hereby I make a complaint against the custom care first of all of Mumbai and then the Kolkata foreign parcel and at the 3rd place the Kolkata post office.
my parcel is stuck for almost 2 weeks in Kolkata and it was stuck for one week in Mumbai.
it’s a parcel with an insurance and at delivery time you have to sign it so with this insurance I thought my parcel would be delivered within 5 or 10 days just like it was said in Holland because the parcel was send from Holland to a friend in Kolkata.
I’m very disappointed. I hope you can help deliver this parcel complete and not open or damaged or something missing because I have an insurance on this parcel
PostNL in Holland will start an investigation against Kolkata and Mumbai if before Tuesday 26th February if the parcel is not delivered ..

I am a retired sergeant from Indian Air Force wef 01.08.1989 after serving fiftten years over there. As per the letter no – AHQ/99798/9/SP/DAV dated 23.10.2017 for revision of pension under 7CPC of pre-01.01.2016 pensioners ex airmen, I have submitted duly filled up forms with valid documents to The Director AV-III (3rd floor) AFRO Building, Subroto Park, New Delhi, by speed post vide no-EWO52019149IN dated 08.12.2018 and duly received by them on 11.12.2018 well in time. But unfortunately, I did not get any information from them till today.
You are requested to look into this and obliged me.

I am having AIRTEL DIGITAL TV connection( ID : 3013173648 ) . My DTH service stopped on 22.02.2019 , though there has been balance. I called customer care today morning at 8-32 a.m. and i was assured service would be srarted immidiately, maximum withinin half an hour.But it was not done. Again I called arond 10 a.m. and customer care executive said that his senior will call me back.But I haven’t got any call till evening. once again I called ,but i was kept on hold for few minute by them and finally replied their system is not working . thus I was harrastall the day,but service still stopped.
Kindly note my complain for Subscription Renewal of ABP PVT LTD for Anandabazar and Telegraph as per CUST ID 60592425 not within prescribed mentioned date i.e,15th February 2019.One ABP representative Biswajit has called me dated 22/02/2019 informing that my renewal Subscription plan will commence from 1st March 2019 inspite of receiving cheque of renewal amt Rs 1321/- within 11th February 2019.But when I asked that inspite of submitting my cheque within 11th February 2019 why my renewal will not commence from 16th February 2019 and who will bear the extra cost for 15 days of newspaper payment without Subscription He replied firmly that this is their procedure and irrevocable.
I really felt embarrassed,disappointed,disheartened and disgusted with the poor service and harrassment done for renewal of Subscription .
Please look into the matter escalate the issue to higher authority and I want my renewal to commence from 16th February 2019 without any failure.

When I running sbi yono app, and submit my setelah, bank any time show error.
I am availing a journey from JSME to BDC Tain No (53140 /JSME KOAA PGS) on 17 th Feb 2019. But the train cancelled on that day.
It was announced on Jasidhi Station on 17th Feb 2019 that the JSME KOAA PGS cancelled.
So, I go to the Railway Enquiry office straight away and ask about alternative travel options and how I get the refund.
They clearly told after seeing my all the tickets on mention below that I get the refund automatically.

But still now I am not getting any refund.
Requesting you to do the needful to get the Refund.
Sir , during payment trough my debit card my 650 rupees has been deducted from my account ..But payment is not completed ….My registration no. Is 460208892..Today is the last date of payment…Kindly update the status…
I am not able to change the password because the send option is not working .
I have an account in HDFC Bank for the past 7-8 years. Although I had stopped using my bank account and left it dormant for quite a years now, yet the bank kept on adding unnecessary charges and pushed my account into extreme negative balance. When I tried to close my account, they are constantly misguiding me.
Recently, my sister had wrongly credited an amount of Rs. 7500 into that HDFC bank account. The case was very simple All we wanted to return back the amount to the original beneficiary. For doing this, the bank people harassed me for several days and kept my issue hanging. Guidance form the branch manager of HDFC account Gariahat Branch, Kolkata application to the branch manager for returning the amount to the original beneficiary account holder was duly done and submitted as well. It’s been over a week that still the amount has not yet transferred to the original beneficiary i.e, my sister. When I called up the branch manager to know why is it happening, he says he doesn’t know and will ask the dispute team to call me.
Is this is how Indian private banks work these days? Why then the assurance to consumers is being given in the first place. A simple matter that can be resolved within a maximum of few days is constantly being lingered unnecessarily causing harassment and troubles. This is really unexpected and I urge a sincere request to the concerned authorities to look into the matter and helped a genuine consumer to help her problems get resolved.
I am not using the debit card since from a very long time as it linked with my adhar card henceworth ended up with trouble as of now we applied for a new gas connection so now when the gas company is sending the subsidy amount it is directly going to my HDFC account nd as I can see now the whole money got deducted and also the balance is now in negative So frustrating without using it how could they charge so much ..please take necessary action
