I am writing my first experience with the paytm mall. I have ordered for a ez water canon by seeing good offer on Price. What I got delivered is just a pipe. And by informing the next day itself took back the product. But the money which I paid for still not refunded. Whenever I inform the same replay Is what I gets. A completely fraudulent activity. No proper way to communicate with the customer care. Only through some messages. Now itâs been 10 days passed. Still waiting for my money. Thinking of going to consumer court to file a case. Donât want any More people get cheated using paytm mall. Also wish to publish in the newspapers, regarding the incident.
I ordered binoculars Nikon 8245 Aculon on 24-04-2017 by paying Rs.10,855 to paytm. My order.No. is 3129029002 . Two days later i.e., on 26-04-2017 @ 15:36 hrs, i received a call from paytm executive from phone no. 911165021238. She informed me that the item takes 20more days to be delivered and asked whether it is okay for me or not. I replied that i ordered it for the purpose of a tour in 1st week of may and i can’t accept the delay. She advised to request cancellation by going to my paytm account. I did the thing on the same day. I repeated the same request two more times .
I received a reply that it can’t be cancelled due to seller’s policy. I can’t accept this type of negligent and indifferent attitude of paytm towards customer.
I am enclosing herewith the conversation with your executive (mp3 file) which is evidence that i am given the option of cancellation of the product.
After putting canellation request to your paytm order, i ordered on amazon.in , the same binoculars and got it for Rs.5,500/- . On 01-05-2017, i received the item and enclosing the bill and photo also.
1. You are not ready to cancell the order , despite the available evidence of audio file stating that your executive on 26th April assured me about cancellation option. I put cancellation request on the same day.
2. Your paytm site charged Rs10,855 to an item whose original cost is Rs.5,500/- only which fact is available with me.
This is a direct evidence of paytm’s cheating the customers and reluctance towards right of the customer to cancell the order despite your own assurance. Because of lack of response after repeated requests for cancellation and also high pricing of same item, I am grieved and decided to file a case in district consumer forum, sangareddy , telangana.
i have recharged 15 rupees for talk time to the number 8886869145 through paytm and money duducted from my sbi card.I received the message from paytm recharge is successful with ref.no:################.But recharge is not done to that mobile number.Please help me.Don’t repeat that mistake again because of clients will suffer.
I tried booking movie ticket and selected wrong seat by mistake then clicked on back button, but paytm booked my ticket, just because I had money in my Paytm walle.
I don’t have trust on Paytm anymore.
I m victim of fraud calling from mobile number 8795501667 on dated 17 March 18 call regarding reward points unfortunately I lost my money . the transition occurred through paytm so is it possible to catch the theft ? Please help me try to back my money
