I am writing this email to you again, with utter distress of loosing my hard earned money. I ordered a Tissot watch from SNAPDEAL.
I got watch and as it was at a very lucrative price I wanted to be checked from Tissot showroom.
I called tissot showroom to ask them, how to check if the watch is genuine and they asked me the numbers at the back of tissot watch .
I gave the numbers to them and they told me that the numbers do not match with the watch these are 2 different watches.
This is a fake watch.
I was shocked and as I had snapdeal guarantee of original I decided to return the watch.
The watch was picked on time and we made sure the person who came to pick up checked the watch.
Now we get the watch has not passed quality test.
When I got the watch back it was broken. It is very strange that it has been broken from where you could verify that the watch is fake or original.
This clearly states that the watch was broken by vendor to show that the quality is not passed and to rob me.
The vendor had a clear motive else the watch could have been broken from somewhere else.
No guarantee card or warranty card given with Tissot watch, else it could have been checked from showroom.
I request you to look in this matter and revert.
I am attaching pics which I have clicked when giving the watch and what I got from tissot showroon and when watch came back.
I would like you to return my money and take strict action against the vendor.
