This complaint is regarding the lack of professionalism in your alappuzha service centre.
I had booked for my 30000km(Xuv 500 KL31H7473) service on 13.10.3018. I did the booking on 08.10.2018. They gave me time slot 9.00 am. When I called them by 1.00pm I got a reply that my car has not yet taken for service. During my booking I clearly mentioned them that I need my car back by 4.00 pm. By 6.00pm they had called me and inform that there is an issue with my break system but which is not a major problem. They need the car one more day for fixing the complaint or else I had to keep it there for one more day as it require 3 more hours. This is really a bad experience I have faced from your service centre.
I am attching the photo of your service board in which my car is listed second. When they are providing a service slot we the customers are expecting an on time service and fixing of complaint on that day itself which I have not received.

Myself Rajiv holding a XUV 5OO with registration number DL12 CA-2136 which i bought in 2012 february, since then there is a problem which occurs again and again in fuel meter and i have got it replaced many times , fuel meter while driving goes up and down continuously and due to this we dont get any idea how much fuel is there , after repeted complaints noone is bothered to rectify the problem, quality of parts is pathetic .
I was informed that my XUV 500
no 6263 is ready for delivery through sms at next yesterday so I reached from Faridabad Haryana to Patna to get the delivery. I reached at your Kiran service centre Patna to get delivery and on assurance of Mr Sidharth that my XUV is ready in all respect so I have paid bill amount 21420 but while taking the delivery I found washing problem and viper problem. Washing will be done but the viper problem will not be solved by saying that part is not available. Sir my entire journey and today has gone waste and it is very hard for me as it will have Financial loss and hard ship.
