I am tejas wadkar and I apply for personal loan in tata capital on 5th March 2019 and documents pick up on 8th March 2019. After that I received 3-4 times call from Tata capital to confirmation for document pick up. They are calling after every 2days but yet not login my file also not provided application number. I don’t know which type of service they are providing. First time I see this cheapest type of service from Tata capital. Even though the customer care also not helping for this. I called customer care 4-5 times and they are only saying we are arranging call back but yet not I received any call back from Tata capital side. I talk with Prakash and nidha from customer care but they also not provided any solution. So I request you to seniors from Tata capital to look into this and take action against this otherwise return my documents.
