Tata Cliq Delay in series of online products

I placed my orders on 7th July.

For your easy reference and necessary follow ups below are the order Id which are still in transit.

Order ID# 108106939 & 108109298

Once you probe the order id, you will contemplate that the products we supposed to be delivered by now unfortunately they didn√Ęt.

Needless to say, after multiple conversations with your customer care, who failed to assist me due to limited knowledge, I had to take this approach.

I do understand the current epidemic situation prevailing in our country but what I really fail to understand why TATACLIQ happens to struggle when your competitors are able to deliver products on time and attain customers satisfaction . Appreciate if you can share your thoughts.

Upon my conversation with TATACLIQ customer care representative, I learnt that each order id takes minimum 48hrs to be processed. Can you please clarify how TATACLIQ promise to deliver product next day itself?

Delay of 1-2 working days can be considered but delay 1week is seriously not accepted.
