TATA SWATCH VIVA SILVER 6L UV+UF DAMAGED AND USED PRODUCT

DEAR SIR,
I HAD PURCHASED A TATA SWATCH VIVA SILVER 6L UV+UF PURIFIER FROM TATA CLIQ ON 26/04/2018. THEY HAD GIVEN THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT A TECHNICIAN WOULD COME FOR INSTALLATION . TECHNICIAN VISITED ON 28/04/2018 AND INFORMED US THAT THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED AND SHOULD BE RETURNED BACK. WE IMMEDIATELY INITIATED THE RETURN ONLINE . WE WHERE INFORMED THAT IT WILL BE PICKED UP ON 29/04/2018 BUT SINCE NOBODY TURNED UP WE CALLED UP THE HELP LINE. WE WERE INFORMED THAT NO RETURN REQUEST HAS BEEN INTIMATED AND SO AGAIN THEY HAVE REQUESTED US TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 48 HOURS. WE ARE TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED BY THE SERVICE OF TATA CLIQ .
THE PRODUCT RECEIVED BY US IS FAULTY, IT HAD NO WARRANTY CARD, IT WAS DUSTY WITH BROKEN PARTS AND HAD WATER IN IT, IT WAS ALREADY USED NO SPARE PARTS WERE SENT TO US.
