UTS Can't change my UTS railway ticket to my new handset

Hello sir
My mobile number is 9886677353,
I have registered to UTS in my old handset and have my season ticket in my old handset and now when I changed my new handset I am trying to change my handset request I get the same error as
"cannot process imei change request active tickets are there for the day.please try after a day ".
I have tried several times and days so far but same error is repeating ,please help .

  1. I am seeing this complaint from lot of user…facing the same issue….
    Hello Indian railway can you resolve this issue, if not at least let your TC Know to don’t fine us guys for your such kind of mistake.
