Uts railway mobile application Money deducted from my account but not deposited in my uts wallet /ticket is not generated

Balance is deducted FROM ACCOUNT BUT NOT DEPOSITED TO UTS WALLET/NOT TICKET IS GENERATED
Dear UTS Team,

I tried to booking ticket through UTS App from PUNE to SOLAPUR on 05/11/2018 and amount of Rs. 200 is deducted from my BOI account but ticket is not issued. I did payment by using RWALLET THROUGH PAYTM_AG application.
please refund my balance into my UTC wallet or bank accountÂ
