videocon d2h has a worst customer service. they don’t have enough knowledge for our grievances. customer representatives are waste fellows, fit for nothing. they just waste our time n money. from past 1 week I’m trying the call n wasting my time but no solution. they keep our call on hold n disconnect it. they tell ur to call us aft 2 hour, n when calling aft 2hr again dey say the same thing. I’m fed up by their attitude. even I dint get mail replies properly.
