Videocon D2H Even after recharging the D2h account no signal is appearing on the screen

I have taken pre paid videocon D2h connection
On my id no=130382050
Mobile no =9415870259
I have done videocon D2h recharge plan of 300+100=400 Ru on 4th April 2019 but my ballance in my D2h account is showing nill. So I tried to contact on customer no 9115691156 & 1800212212 4th April to 7th April but no response has came. Even after so much calls they are not ready to tell that how can I get my 400 Ru. Back into my bank account or into my D2h account. Till now we are not getting any response from there nodal officer.
Sir, I kindly request you to solve my problem. Please help me to get my 400Ru back into my bank account or in my D2h account. It seems like fraud Thank you,
