Videocon D2H Harrasment by company

My customer I’d is 40122306.I have a complaint before 6 days regarding reinstallation of my d2h.still it is not resolved.Customer care executive are simply giving time and their engineer has not visited.After calling amore than 15 times neither they connecting the phone to their senior nor giving the engineer number.Only saying to wait and till I am waiting.
