My customer ID with Videocon D2h is 110779680. Due to non streaming of channels recently I was advised to change the STB and paid money and Service charge for Engineer’s visit. Now again there is no streaming of TV channels and when I took up the matter with them they are again demaning for visit of Engineer and basic S/C of Rs. 200 and to pay for any replacement of parts.. This is nothing but daylight robbery by D2h provider. They are not solving the problem permanently and they are demanding the service charges as a matter of their right & policy. Please let me know whether this is true? If not please take up the matter with the concerned and help me out.
