As per your customer care communication I have recharged the amount for 2 month subscription. (Only Kannada channel packages) that my be add-on Kannada. But I didn’t get the chanls as per norms.
In my location only 3-4 hr power supply is there, hence I’m requested you for lesser amount plan From your end. I am 6+ your old customer to your organization. As per your suggestions I recharged the amount.
I am not superb any SMS. Call service from your organization. And not given any written request. After recharge we are getting lot of calls from your unknown span calls?
And I don’t know about You loan department details contact numbers name. Even in that department no one is my relative. And I didn’t asked any loan & any extra service. But You customer service executive telling that we are taken ₹50 loan. ?
Before 2 month my services is disconnected, For that I am so many times requested to your customer care executive. As well as supervisor . But no use, since from last 1+ years services are disconnected. They are asking extra amount recharge to start the service.
Regarding this kindly any one stand in customer place & help me.
