Videocon D2H recharge money transefer

Videocon d2h customer ID No.40513456 complaint No.715145281 time 8.00PM on 03.05.2019
details of complaint – my d2h box damaged, the technician change the new box at that time I paid money Rs.450/- (rupees four hundred and fifty only) but my recharge money debited through online in my d2h account(how much i don’t no) the signal was stooped, TV on screen shown please recharge immediately, I asked costumer care they told your money transferred with in 48 hours but my money not transferred till to day, I am suffering very bad.

Hence, i request you to kindly solve my problem as early as possible.
