I have recharged my videocon d2h on dated 04/05/2019 my customer id is :174523110 with 300 rupees which didnt get updated on my TV setup box display for which i have logged in to videocon d2h portal and checked the balance there and surprisingly it was showing me proper details but still whenever i checked on my tv screen i found a deviated balance as 10.75 rupees and it was valid till 06/05/2019 and is showing me that my last recharge done was 04/04/2019. after which i called customer care several times and they gave me some different reasons and also said that it will be resolved on 05/05/2019 but unfortunately it wasn’t updated and i called them back and spoke to Mr. Amritanshu Sharma (customer support executive) and i got a wonderful reply from him that he will raise a complaint regarding this and shortly an engineer will visit my place and rectify it and for that i will be charged Rs 200/- but i dont understand the updation mistake is from their end and why the hell i am suppose to pay for it …. is this the kind of worst service we shall be expecting from them. and very pathetic service from videocon d2h. this is the simply way for videocon d2h to make money illegally by violating all working ethics. Their supervisors are always busy more than a Prime Ministers and we the customers are suppose to wait for them for long hours as if they are providing a free service.
