SUB : Refund of disconnected Videocon d2H dish TV Customer ID : 110095378
This is a serious lack in serving to your customer and I would like to highlight this matter upto your level after my complaint remained unresolved despite of number of requests made to your call center and it turned out to be a pathetic and unreliable service.
I am an old subsciber of d2h services and recently, due to the frequent signal loss I had made my first written complaint for the disconnection of the service n refund of balance amount of Rs.2257/- which I have paid in advance , to the customer care on 15/04/2018, to which I did not get any response/revert nor did it was being paid heed.
Later, I made another complaint over rhe phone to customer care and I had been allotted Request ID No. 579065598.
On my second request, one engineer visited my place and checked the service which he witnessed the signal loss but he did not provide a written report to me and asked me to call on customer care for refund .
Then I made another refund request on 18/04/2018 at 11.46 am and talked to Superitendent Mr.Imran to also get an urgent call back from back end team for refund of my balance amount . Ref. Request ID No. 579763361.
I did not receive any call from back end team for disconnection of d2h service and refund.
Further, my d2h service got disconnected on Sunday, 22/04/2018.
Later, again I made call to customer carw service and talked ro Team Leader Mr.Santosh , who promised me to process the refund within 15 days from the disconnection date i.e. from 22/04/2018. Ref.Request ID No. 581219247.
In the meantime, I made another call but there was typical responses n call drops.
Again I made a call on 15/05/2018 talked to supervisor Ms.Pooja . Ref. Request ID 587316661. Just promises n No action.
Again on the same day , i.e. 15/05/2018, I talked to the Team Leader Ms. Sandeep Kaur at 10.49 am who promised me to escalate my complaint and refund my balance amount of Rs. 2257/- within 2 days time. Reference Request ID – 587324695.
This is the high time to try the patience and this matter will take a legal turn if you also fail to refund my balance amount also the harrassment to consumer charges will be applicable.
Somebody named Mr.Sanjiv Kumar called today ( 14/06/2018) but he was not able to explain the refund policy well when I asked for under which policy , surrender of assets are coming? He disconnected the phone.
Very dreadful experience . This will certainly be notified in media if the quick resolution is not sought to my complaint.
