I bought a TV on 8th July’17 from local dealer and found it’s LED panel DEFECTIVE. I immediately registered a complaint and your technicians are saying that you would get replacement in a week….When I called dealer, he said that he can’t do anything and Videcon service has to replace it.
Another week passed….No progress on this Videocon TV and your representative was telling me that you should be grateful that we are giving you replacement TV… You are selling a defective TV’s in the market and telling customer that you are doing favor on us is really shameful….. Now I have been asked to wait another 10-15 days…. Really worse Service…. Also most of your employee don’t pick their phones or either redirect to other people all the time…..
