Vidoecon d2h not activating my any channel even after I paid recharge amount

Videocon D2H Cust ID :- 127870119 Ac no :-12723495, not getting any TV channels after recharged, complain number "713562754" Dated 28-Apr-2019.

I recharged my Videocon D2H with total 400 rupees amount, and daily I am calling customer care and send mail, nobody responded to my concern to resolve the issue. I am not getting any channels even after recharge, I asked them to refund my amount if you annot provide my requested channels.

I also written to Nodal office or my area Mr T Ramarao, no response received so far.

Kindly help to address my issue or refund my amount from Videocon D2H.
