I online recharge with Rs 48 through a debit card on 15/12/2019 & amount debit from my account but till I didn’t receive message and 3GB data from Vodafone .I mail also on 15/12/19 evening when I talked to customers executive they there’s no recharge will be shown. So I request you to please refund my amount or update my data in my account . But process is continuing. So again mail.
Sir I didn’t understand how much time to update my data or refund the amount there is 10 working days already ago. But when I again mail to appellate authority to work in this issue they wrote me to providing the bank statement for to show that refund is generated or not for your satisfaction.i understand your concern that you not believe to yours customers .Firstly you refund the amount so that I port this 9650075412 back to airtel the reason is if you have not believe in the customer so how can I . I really had a big mistake that I port this number to Vodafone. Sir how many times to mail Vodafone appellate authority delhi but till date they not even reply or refund the amount but just talked that we have working in this issue they all are cheaters and executive also same .so I request you to please stand with us to fight with this cheaters.
