Vodafone VAS repeated VAS activations & no reversals in the latest bill

I don’t know how many times I have written to Vodafone , spoke to the customer executives, visited store for VAS activations without my consent.
It has been extremely harassing since couple of months now with regard to VAS activations & my bill getting heftier every month. The latest bill which was generated on 1st Aug for July month is around RS 1953.
Kindly go through the emails I have received in response to complaints raised for VAS activations without my consent. The promised reversal of charges has not been reversed in the latest bill generated.
I have opted for RS399 plan which has unlimited local & STD calls, so I expect maximum of RS 550 bill every month including taxes. But the average bill for past 4 months has been around Rs1400 & the latest one being RS 1953.
Hence, I have requested for porting for all my three Vodafone numbers ( 9972100204 & 9731800241 are the other two numbers I am using). I am not in a position to pay falsified bill of RS 1953, kindly reverse the charges of VAS,
I expect the bill not to exceed RS 550, provide me the updated bill within 07-Aug, only then I can pay it & settle it. Else I will be forced to take this issue to consumer.
