VOLTAS NEW AC CONNECTION HARASSMENT

I have purchased Voltas inverter 1.5 ton AC from SONO VISION, TIRUPATI ANDHRA PRADESH on 16TH March 2019 and the same day it was delivered. On 17th March 2019, 3 persons came by saying we are from voltas and we came here for AC installation. They came without proper equipments and demanded to arrange equipments to install. On 17th March 2019, they installed Input and output devices without connection. When I requested for full installation, they said Pipe is given only 3 meters and connection requires 4.5 meters of pipe. To get pipe they took Rs.1600 from me and went. For 3 days it was hell to me. I tried more than 100 times to get contact that person who took Rs.1600/- but all my efforts become waste. I called customer care centre but still of no use. On 20th March 2019, They came with pipe only and demanded equipments to install. After installation they gave a slip of Rs.2970/- and demanded the money. I have paid additionally total of Rs.2970/- to the technician.

On 20th March 2019, for 2 hours AC worked well. After 2 hours AC was suddenly stopped. I switched off the AC and started again. Since then COOL AIR is not coming from AC. I called to sales representative of shop SONO VISION, TIRUPATI, he did not respond. I called to technicians No response. I called to voltas customer care but of no use. I shouted, cried and requested to voltas customer care but every time they say sorry from voltas that’s it. As of now no technician came to repair. On 27 March 2019 I called to voltas customer care for un-installation of AC to return to SHOP. Today 28th March 2019 but still nobody came from voltas. voltas service dealers response to the complaints is pathetic. We are totally faced harassment and disappointed with the kind of service rendered by voltas and shop dealer.
