VOLTAS SPLIT AC No cooling newly purchase Split AC

Subject: Non working of Split AC (inverter technology) from the date of purchase i.e. 4.4.2018 to till date.

On 4th April, 2018 I purchased Voltas 1.5 ton Split AC Model Split AC 183 VEY (inverter technology) from M/s JANTA Electronics, Sector 41, Chandigarh. From the date of purchase AC is not giving cooling. In the month of April/May Voltas Engineer has replaced inner unit of the AC. After replacement of inner unit of AC is not giving cooling at all.
It is also bring to your kind notice that your service engineer has filled gas in the AC 4 to 5 times with 3 months duration. I have faced lot of difficulties during the summer seasons due to purchase of new one Voltas AC. I have made so many complaints on the customer care service centre, you may check my complaint from your record. My latest complaint no. is 18072205189. You are kindly requested to find out permanent solution to resolve the problem of the Air Conditioner.
It is submitted that Refilling of Gas/Repair of Air conditioner is never successful even 4 months has been elapsed and I am facing problem again and again. You are requested to replace both the unit of the above mentioned AC so that permanent solution can be done. Photo copy of the bill is also attached for your record.
