FIRST – THE COMPANY ACCOUNT WAS CREDITED BY NEFT MODE ON 31.12.2018 BY MY BANKER CANARA BANK. THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE BY THEIR REQUEST TO PAY CASH AGAIN WITH ASSURANCE TO FEFUND THE FIRST PAYMENT. I PAID THE CASH AGAIN ON 8.3.2019.

THE BANK GAVE CERTIFICATE ABOUT 1ST PAYMENT.

I HAD REQUESTED MANY TIMES TO REFUND THE DOUBLE PAYMENT .

ABOUT A DOZEN LETTER/ MAIL WAS SENT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS CELL AND OMBUDSMAN BUT NOT A SINGLE LETTER IS REPLIED. WBSEDCL THOUGHT IT BETTER TO MAINTAIN SILENCE.
ONLINE COMPLAINT WAS LODGED ON 3/5/2029 & THE NUMBER IS 21993720.

THEY WERE SUGGESTED TO WRITE TO CANARA BANK’S EMAIL ID .FOR ANY FURTHER DOUBT . BANK SAYS THERE IS NO LETTER FROM THE COMPANY FOR 8 MONTHS . PLEASE ADVISE HOW CAN I GET THE REFUND
