My complaint about the replacement of 2 Ton Split AC Compressor is still pending even after 2 weeks. The complaint was lodged on 2nd May 2018 after which the technician visited and confirmed that the compressor has been damaged and needs replacement. They were paid 512/- for their visit charge; since the compressor is still under warranty they said that it will be replaced.
After regular follow-up & repeated calls to customer care, the issue is still pending. The local stockist whose number was shared with me doesn’t have a clue about when the replacement will come. He refers back to the company while company’s customer care does the perfunctory reminder and refers back to the local contact.
The peak summertime has been lost due to their lethargy & unprofessional approach. This is what one gets when one buys the more expensive 2 Ton split ac. This is the service that is provided.
I want an immediate resolution of the issue (within next 2 days) failing which I shall approach the legal recourse and request for replacement of the air conditioner unit or the refund of the money paid for the air conditioner.
