Whirlpool / Refrigerator Poor product and poorest services

I have been facing issue with their refrigerator since the day we purchased. We have been complaining and company is not doing anything about it. What they are doing is just closing the complaints in their system by mentioning false reasons. Nothing happening after writing emails as well.
If anyone is reading this complaint, I suggest not to buy any whirlpool product. They are poorest of poor.
