I have a Bloomwash washing machine which is under AMC taken about 30-40 days ago through the direct promotion from Whirlpool via inbound call to me. The person who called me said that it is a special offer of 12 + 3 months if I pay the cheque in the name of Whirlpool at that time. I told them the franchise VV services who said they are the authorised Service partner came and did the service only a week before that day and cleaned the complete tub which I paid the charges and gave a bill and I don’t have any problem with the machine at that point of time for me to explore AMC. On the lady persuasion I repeatedly check the offer terms before I agree to go for AMC where and she even mentioned that if I subscribe to AMC even the cleaning like this will be part of it and I need not pay separately. You can check the recording of that where am I repeatedly asked for the confirmation because my past experience with either of these service partners are bad. I am fed up with Wh!
irlpool service that every time the people come here in the name of free service and extract money in some form or other. I thought since whirlpool is calling directly and if I subscribe to AMC under the terms that is explained to me clearly by the lady, this will put an end to that. sadly my experience today is contrary to my belief and expectation this morning. I registered a service complaint CN1018007860. Following that I got a service engineer who neither wore whirlpool uniform nor displaying the ID card, but claimed he is the authorised partner from BISMI Services. I asked him what about VV who claim that they are the authorIzed partner who came last time. The engineer told me not to trust anyone like that. He belong to the authorised Service partner and he is the direct person. I even question them that I was told that I should entertain people only when they wear uniform and display ID card by the call centre and stated the discussion I had with the direct Whirlpoo! l call when I paid the AMC. id Whirlpool will say anything as marketing talk to collect the AMC cheque, but it need to be checked by him whether those information or correct. I did tell him that I also have the voice recording, so do the Whirlpool system. So let’s not get into all the discussion for which he said why am I talking like this. I told them I am talking like this because he neither come in uniform not displaying the ID card I don’t know whom I am dealing with VV services claimed that day they are the official service partner company, while you are claiming that you are the official company. In the end Whirlpool disappoints every time I have to say this because the BISMI Service person visited wanted me to pay something like Rs 1500 to 2000 for Tub cleaning and he said he will open the machine and make it ready by repairing the Bearing. This is absolutely a shame that after AMC also people wanted to make money on every visit in the light of my information that i received at time !
of paying cheque, everything is covered during the AMC service of 15 months. Why my machine if it is having a problem need to be made ready here by some third party guy whom he said he will check instead of replacing the required parts. I am absolutely unhappy and escalating to the attention of Whirlpool to resolve this and call me back with the concerned responsible manager. I do not want any Call Centre people calling me ask me for information all over again, when I have given a clear detailed information over here looking forward to hear from you.
