I have bought a wonder chef chapati/roti maker in november 2017. It can’t not properly work. it prepare chapti raw (kachi) or hard (pathar) not eatable. I give a compliant on ur customer care on 29/30 march 2018. After 8-10 days after call and call a technician visit. He have no solution. He tries many times to make a proper chapati but he was unsuccessful in this. Then his excuse is that in this roti maker roti is maken by maida only. He also comments that companies shown as product in advertisement products are not similars.
I again complaint and assured by customer care to visit in 48 hours. in 4-5 days no person visit. after 5 days an executive come and his reply as per above mentioned wording.
I again and again call at customer care but no solution. Third class ur customer care evern hold more than half an hour and even some time disconnect the call after 20-25 minutes without giving any solution.
On my again call to customer care on 27/28 april i received call back from ur end that they deployed spepcial executive who will visit at ur place in 24 hours but no one visit.
On today my call firstly my call was disconnected by u after discussion of 12 minutes. On second call another executive assined by u that sir u take the no of our technician and ask him by call at which time he will come.
from the last call around 36 hours gone no body vist.
